A liquid filter device may include a filter housing and a ring filter element arranged in the filter housing. The filter housing may include a filter housing cover and a filter housing pot connectable tightly therewith via a housing seal. A discharge channel, a central clean channel, and a vent channel may be disposed in the filter housing pot. The ring filter element may include an upper end plate, a lower end plate, and a pleated star. When the liquid filter device is in an operating state, a pin arranged on the lower end plate may be disposed in and seal the discharge channel via a first seal, a second seal arranged on the lower end plate may be disposed against a surface of the clean channel, and a third seal arranged on the upper end plate may be disposed against a surface of the vent channel.

Liquid filter device

A filter device may include a filter housing, a ring filter element arranged within the filter housing, a tubular dome engaging in an interior of the ring filter element, and a valve arranged in a clean channel. The ring filter element may include a lower end disc and a pin. The ring filter element may engage a first channel via the pin. The tubular dome may have a guiding contour which may interact with a guiding element of the ring filter element. The guiding contour may include an axial groove. The pin may be introducible into the first channel when the guiding element enters the axial groove. The guiding element and the valve may be structured and arranged such that the guiding element interacts with a valve body of the valve and transfers the valve body into an opening position when the guiding element is slid into the axial groove.

Filter device

A fuel filter for cleaning fuel for an internal combustion engine may include a main filter and a prefilter arranged upstream of the main filter, through which a fuel is successively flowable. The prefilter may include a water separator configured to separate water present in the fuel. The water separator may include a water collection chamber structured and arranged to collect the separated water. The prefilter fluidically connected to the main filter via a conveying device structured and arranged to convey the fuel from the prefilter into the main filter. The conveying device may be configured to provide an excess pressure build up. The fuel filter may also include a suction jet pump fluidically connected to the water collection chamber via which at least one of the fuel and the water is dischargeable from the water collection chamber.

Fuel filter for cleaning fuel for an internal combustion engine

A filter device may include a filter housing cup, a filter head, and a ring filter element arranged in the filter housing cup. The ring filter element may include an upper end plate on which at least two radially outward projecting bayonet wings are arranged which interact with a plurality of recesses disposed in the filter housing cup. The plurality of recesses may respectively define an undercut contour and a first end position of an associated bayonet wing guided therein. At least two driving elements may be arranged on the upper end plate. At least two ramps and two stops may be arranged on the filter head such that, when fitting the filter device, the at least two driving elements slide on the at least two ramps to the two stops and press the at least two bayonet wings into the undercut contour of an associated recess.

The invention relates to a vacuum cleaning device comprising a dirt collection container which has a suction inlet and is in flow connection with at least one suction unit via at least one filter and at least one suction line, and comprising at least one external air inlet which opens into the suction line downstream of the at least one filter and is adapted to be closed by means of at least one closing valve, the closing valve having a movable valve body which, in a closed position, bears against at least one valve seat so as to form one or more sealing lines, the at least one sealing line delimiting an area which, in the closed position of the closing valve, is acted upon by a differential pressure. In order to develop the vacuum cleaning device in such a way that the at least one closing valve is of structurally simple design and the at least one filter can be completely cleaned within a short period of time, the invention proposes that the square of the total length of all sealing lines is at least 25 times the total size of all areas which are delimited by the sealing lines and acted upon by a differential pressure.

Vacuum cleaning device

The invention relates to a method for cleaning the filter of a vacuum cleaner which has a dirt collecting container with a suction inlet, to which a suction tube is connected, the dirt collecting container being connected to at least one suction unit via at least one filter and at least one suction line, and at least one closing valve closing an external air inlet, via which the suction line is connected to an external air supply, in which method, for cleaning the filter, the closing valve is opened and the side of the filter that is oriented away from the dirt collecting container is impinged upon by external air. To develop the method further in such a way that all the filters present can be flowed through by suction air during suction operation, but suction operation does not have to be noticeably interrupted for filter cleaning, it is proposed according to the invention that, by opening the closing valve, the negative pressure that forms within the suction tube at a distance of 3 cm from the suction inlet, on connecting a standard suction tube, is lowered for at least 10 ms and at most 150 ms to values of less than 40% of the value forming when the closing valves are closed. The invention also relates to a vacuum cleaner for carrying out the method.

Method for cleaning the filters of a vacuum cleaner and vacuum cleaner for carrying out said method

The invention relates to a vacuum cleaner with a housing having a dirt chamber closable by a cover, into which a suction socket extends and in which a filter bag is insertable, with a inlet opening of the filter bag being connectable to the suction socket. In order to design the vacuum cleaner so that it allows simple and hygienic handling when removing the filter bag from the dirt chamber it is proposed in accordance with the invention that the suction socket be held on the housing so as to be displaceable back and forth between a position in which it extends into the inlet opening of the filter bag and a position in which it releases the inlet opening.

Vacuum cleaner

An overload coupling is provided for the limited transfer of torque in a floor cleaning device. A drive element and a driven element are arranged concentrically to one another, thereby forming an intermediate space. The intermediate space accommodates at least one coupling element which transfers torque and can be moved from the intermediate space into an alternative space contrary to the action of an elastic restoring force when an overload occurs. The overload coupling has an overload element which is spring-loaded in the direction of rotation of the coupling element and releases the alternative space for the coupling element when an overload occurs.
