A controller for a motor vehicle has a base plate, a conductor track substrate fitted on the base plate, an electronic circuit and a housing cover which is connected to the base plate in a contact region and is made of plastic. The housing cover furthermore encases electrical conductors. One conductor end of an electrical conductor projects out of the housing cover in a contact region and projects into an opening in the base plate, by which an electrical connection is produced with the conductor track substrate.

The electronic-hydraulic transmission control module has a hydraulic plate, an electronic control unit, and a sensor. The sensor is caulked into a wall of an opening in the hydraulic plate forming a plastic deformation.

The invention relates to a setting device for an adjustable gearing mechanism, in particular, for selecting a parking position in an automatic transmission. The inventive setting device comprises a mechanical setting element, an intermediate gearing mechanism for transferring the setting motion of the setting element to a control element of the adjustable gearing mechanism. A mechanical energy store, which can be replenished once again by the setting element, is provided for driving the intermediate mechanism when the setting element malfunctions.

The configuration makes electrical contact with an electric valve, in particular a shift or pressure regulating valve for automatic transmissions of motor vehicles. The configuration is equipped with a contact spring element arranged outside a valve housing of the electric valve. In the assembled state, the contact spring element acts on an exposed opposing contact element of a wiring element under spring pressure. For this purpose, the contact spring element has a pressing section with a rounded bearing surface and the mutual contact surfaces on the spring element and on the wiring element are tinned.

An integrated motor vehicle control unit has a metallic base plate and a housing lid which is coupled thereto in an oil-tight fashion. A flexible printed circuit board makes contact with an electronic circuit of the control unit, extends on the base plate and is led out of the control unit between the housing lid and the base plate. A printed circuit board carrier structure continues the base plate in a planar fashion and permits the position of the flexible printed circuit board outside the control unit to be selectively influenced.

The housing lid is connected to the baseplate. A conductor track carrier is mounted on the side of the baseplate facing the housing lid. A sensor element is electrically connected to the conductor track carrier. A detector element is disposed outside the housing and interacts with the sensor element.

An electrical connection configuration connects a circuit carrier to conductor tracks of a conductor-track carrier. Both the circuit carrier and the conductor-track carrier are carried by a base plate. The circuit carrier and the conductor-track carrier have a region in which they overlap and in which they are connected by an electrically conductive adhesive.

An electrical plug connection between a knife-edge contact and a contact end of a conductor. The contact end is oriented perpendicularly to a plane defined by the contacts of the knife-edge contact. The contact end is embedded in a plastic bush, which has an insertion opening into which the knife-edge contact is inserted.

An electrical line penetration through a housing wall made of plastic has electrical traces embedded in a flexible conductor. The electrical traces of the flexible conductor have electrical contact points on both sides of the housing wall. The flexible circuit is injection-molded into the housing wall. In the production of the sealed electrical line penetration, a flexible film with an electrical trace is clamped in, on the outer side of the housing to be injection-molded and the inner side of the housing to be injection-molded respectively, between two halves of an injection mold.

A housing element includes a plurality of electric conductors which are guided in its interior and which can be connected electrically at first conductor ends to an electronic circuit provided in the housing. Second conductor ends of the electric conductors protrude from the housing element. There, a plug-in connector body is disposed which surrounds the second conductor ends in the manner of a plug housing, and the second conductor ends form electric contact pins of the plugin connector body.
