A display device including: a display panel; a first substrate attached to a side of the display panel; and a second substrate attached to a side of the first substrate, wherein the display panel includes a first panel test pad and a second panel test pad, the first substrate includes a 1-1 circuit test lead overlapping and connected to the first panel test pad, a 1-2 circuit test lead overlapping and connected to the second panel test pad, a 2-1 circuit test lead overlapping and connected to the second substrate, a 1-1 test lead line connected to the 1-1 circuit test lead, a 1-2 test lead line connected to the 1-2 circuit test lead, and a first test lead line connected to the 2-1 circuit test lead, and the 1-1 test lead line and the 1-2 test lead line are connected to the first test lead line.

Display device and an inspection method of a display device

A display device includes: a display panel including pixels; a scan driver which supplies a scan signal to scan lines connected to the pixels and supplies a sensing signal to sensing lines connected to the pixels; a data driver which supplies a data signal corresponding to image data to data lines connected to the pixels; a sensing part which senses a threshold voltage of a first transistor included in each of the pixels through receiving lines connected to the pixels, and corrects the sensed threshold voltage based on a voltage drop corresponding to at least one of an internal resistance of the data lines and an internal resistance of the receiving lines; and a timing controller which generates the image data by changing input image data based on the corrected threshold voltage.

Display device and driving method thereof

A display device includes: a net power control circuit configured to analyze a screen load from an input image signal to generate a load signal including a load value corresponding to the screen load; and an overcurrent protection circuit configured to set a set current value at a predetermined ratio with respect to a global current value corresponding to the load value included in the load signal, and to determine whether or not the display device is powered off based on the set current value.

A compensation method of a display device includes: sensing a first luminance of the display device when a first pattern is displayed on the display device; calculating a luminance prediction value corresponding to a second pattern to be displayed on the display device based on the first luminance, where the second pattern is different from the first pattern; sensing a second luminance of the display device when the second pattern is displayed on the display device; adjusting a current flowing in a first power line of the display device until the second luminance reaches the luminance prediction value; and storing compensation data corresponding to an adjusted current in a lookup table when the second luminance reaches the luminance prediction value.
