A display driving circuit includes a control logic, a source amplifier, and first and second switching elements. The source amplifier includes a first input terminal, a second input terminal, and an output terminal, and amplifies a pixel voltage for displaying an image on a display panel and provides the amplified pixel voltage to a pixel through a data line. The first switching element is connected between the first input terminal and the output terminal, and the second switching element is connected between the first input terminal and the sensing line. The control logic controls the first switching element and the second switching element such that the source amplifier compares a sample voltage that is input to the first input terminal through a sensing line with a comparison voltage input to the second input terminal and outputs comparison data based on the comparison.

Display driving circuit and display device including the same

A display device includes pixels arranged in rows and columns, a scan driver, and a read-out circuit, wherein the read-out circuit is configured to read-out electrical properties of a pixel through the read-out line. The first pixel includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor, a fifth transistor, a sixth transistor, a seventh transistor, an eighth transistor, a ninth transistor, a first organic light-emitting diode connected between a second electrode of the seventh transistor and a ground node to which a ground voltage is applied, a second organic light-emitting diode between the second electrode of the eighth transistor and the ground node, and a third organic light-emitting diode connected between the second electrode of the ninth transistor and the ground node.

A display device includes a plurality of pixels, a scan driver, a data driver, and a read-out circuit configured to read out electrical characteristics of the plurality of pixels. A first pixel of the plurality of pixels includes a first transistor connected to a first node and having a gate connected to a second node, a second transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor, a fifth transistor, a sixth transistor including a first terminal connected to a seventh conductive line, a second terminal connected to the second node, and having a gate connected to a fourth conductive line, a seventh transistor including a first terminal connected to the seventh conductive line, a second terminal connected to a third node, and a gate connected to a fifth conductive line, a capacitor, and an organic light emitting diode.

A display device is provided. The display device includes: a pixel array including pixels connected to gate lines and source lines; and a driving circuit configured to: apply gate signals to the gate lines and provide data signals to the source lines during a first scan period such that horizontal periods of the gate signals do not overlap each other, and apply the gate signals to first gate lines, of the gate lines, connected to pixels in a first area of the pixel array in a different manner from second gate lines, of the gate lines, connected to pixels in a second area of the pixel array for a portion of a second scan period, provide the data signals to the source lines, and maintain a low-biased state or an off state for a remaining portion of the second scan period.

A display apparatus includes plural pixels, a scan driver, a data driver, and a read-out circuit that reads out an electrical characteristic of each of the pixels. Display panel and display apparatus

Disclosed is integrated circuit panel which detects fault of a driving circuit. The integrated circuit panel includes: a driving circuit array including first and second driving circuits; a data driver configured to output first and second input data signals through first and second data lines, respectively; a switch driver configured to output a switching signal through a switch line; and an error detection driver configured to receive first and second output data signals through first and second test lines, respectively, wherein, in response to the switching signal, the first and second driving circuits are configured to output the first and second output data signals, which are based on the first and second input data signal, through the first and second test lines, respectively, and the error detection driver is configured to detect a fault of the first or second driving circuit based on the first or second output data signal.

Fault detection display apparatus and operation method thereof

A backlight system includes a backlight and a master driving circuit. The backlight includes a plurality of slave driving circuits and a plurality of light sources driven by the plurality of slave driving circuits, wherein the plurality of slave driving circuits are arranged in a matrix of driving rows and driving columns such that first through m-th slave driving circuits, where m is a positive integer greater than one, are arranged in each driving row of the driving rows, and the first through m-th slave driving circuits are connected in a daisy chain structure. The master driving circuit is configured to generate a plurality of input data signals, wherein each input data signal of the plurality of input data signals corresponds to the each driving row, and the each input data signal includes first through m-th packets including luminance data corresponding to the first through m-th slave driving circuits.

A light-emitting diode (LED) driving circuit for driving an LED channel including a plurality of LED elements includes a switch-capacitor amplifier circuit configured to sample received input current and amplify an input voltage corresponding to the input current, a replica circuit configured to connect to the switch-capacitor amplifier circuit in a first period to define a first feedback loop, and an output circuit configured to connect to the switch-capacitor amplifier in a second period to define a second feedback loop. The second period is after the first period, and the output circuit is configured to generate output current according to an output voltage of the switch-capacitor amplifier circuit and provide the output current to the LED.
