The invention relates to a closure system constituted of a closure cap, preferably produced by plastic injection molding, and a container part that is provided with a mouth, likewise preferably produced from a plastic material. The closure cap can be screwed onto the container part and the system is provided with a tamper evidence mechanism that has to be actuated twice to be overcome. The aim of the invention is to improve said tamper evidence mechanism and its handling. For this purpose, the tamper evidence mechanism comprises an actuation tab having a twist-lock feature and being freely cut on the closure cap, and a counter-projection. Said counter-projection can be overcome by acting upon the actuation tab and is molded onto the container upstream of the counter-thread configured on the container part.

A closure cap system is provided, including a closure cap which is preferably produced according to a plastic injection molding method and provided with a closure stopper which can be placed on a neck opening which is also preferably made of plastic, said neck opening being that of a bottle container. The closure cap is provided with a bottom and the closure stopper is formed on the inner side of the cap bottom opposite the neck opening. In order to create a functionally secure stopper, said closure stopper is arranged on a plane in a parallel position with regard to the cap bottom such that it can pivot in relation thereto.

The closure cap includes a latching arm attached to a ring (R), which circumferentially encircles the neck of the bottle container underneath the latching projection. The ring (R) includes a length store (L) and an undergripping projection. The length store allows the ring (R) to be flexed so that the diameter of the ring is large enough to pass over the latching projection. In this embodiment an indicator plate arranged on the depressible part renders the closure tamper proof, and, furthermore, the return of the depressed part into the original position renders the closure child proof.
