A cooling and lubricating device for a transmission for a wind turbine includes a transmission oil tank for storing transmission oil for the transmission, a transmission oil line system for carrying the transmission oil between the transmission oil tank and the transmission, a hydraulic oil tank for storing hydraulic oil, a hydraulic oil line system for carrying the hydraulic oil, a hydraulic oil conveying device for conveying the hydraulic oil through the hydraulic oil line system, an energy accumulator for at least temporarily maintaining a pressure within the hydraulic oil line system, the energy accumulator chargeable using the hydraulic oil conveyed by the hydraulic oil conveying device; and a transmission oil conveying device coupled to the hydraulic oil line system and to the transmission oil line system and configured to be driven by the hydraulic oil in order to convey the transmission oil to the transmission.

Cooling and lubricating device and method for cooling and/or lubricating a transmission for a wind turbine

A hydraulic adjusting device, in particular for use in a power plant and/or a wind power plant, includes a double-acting adjusting cylinder that has an adjusting function for a working operation and for a special operation. The double-acting adjusting cylinder is configured to be pressurized with a working pressure medium. In order to satisfy the adjusting function in the special operation, the double-acting adjusting cylinder is further configured to be connected to a pressure medium reservoir that has a pressurized gas isolated from the working pressure medium. The adjusting cylinder has a working chamber configured for the adjusting function of the special operation, the piston area of which is coupled to a piston arrangement of the adjusting cylinder that is configured for the working operation or is configured to be coupled to the piston arrangement.

Hydraulic adjusting device

A drive having an emergency closing function comprises a movable coupling device, which has an emergency spring clamped between an input-side and an output-side spring system. The emergency spring is a compression spring moved along with the coupling device. A distance of the spring systems is defined by a locking device in normal operation of the drive, wherein the emergency spring can relax for an emergency function or emergency movement of the drive after the locking device is released or unlocked. The locking device is operated or triggered hydraulically or pneumatically and/or magnetically.

Drive having an emergency closing function

A hydraulic actuating assembly for valves for controlling process fluid flows includes a valve that is operated by an actuator and that is pre-tensioned in the direction of a closing position. The actuator has a pressure chamber which is active in the opening direction and which can be connected to a low pressure by means of three parallel relief paths. A secondary relief path, which can be activated in a test mode, is provided.

Hydraulic actuating assembly

A control device has a control drive for operating a valve or some other apparatus, for example an adjustment device for the pitch angle of a wind rotor, by means of a control element. This control drive is associated with an emergency operating device, via which the control element can be reset in the event of a disturbance, essentially independently of the operation of the control drive. This emergency operating device has an energy store, whose stored energy can be released for resetting. The emergency operating device has a piston, on one side of which the energy store acts and on the other side of which a pressure in a pressure area acts, which pressure area can be connected via a switching valve to a tank or the like, in order to release the energy stored in the energy store. In this case, the piston is designed such that it moves the control element in a resetting direction when the pressure in the pressure is relieved.
