An electric drive for a mixer drum, including a high-voltage DC voltage power supply to which at least one battery, a power converter and at least one external interface for connecting a stationary electric power supply are connected. The at least one battery is charged only via the at least one external interface, wherein a controller is configured to control flows of energy from and to components connected to the high-voltage DC voltage power supply.

Electric drive for a mixer drum

A method of controlling a mobile work machine having a reversing gearbox. The driving direction reversal is initiated by detecting a driving direction reversal command. A change of the torque transmission from a current driving direction to a new driving direction is carried out as a powershift. Braking for the driving direction reversal occurs in a manner so as to recuperate energy. Furthermore, a device for controlling a mobile work machine, in particular for implementing the method, is also disclosed.

Method and device for actuating a mobile work machine

An adjusting device of an axial piston machine having a displacement volume that is adjusted by a pivoting yoke. The adjusting device has a cylinder, which is radially spaced from and tangential to the yoke pivot axis. A piston communicates with the yoke and is adjusted by hydraulic pressure change. A control arrangement has a position regulating valve with a control piston which can set the hydraulic pressure acting on the piston. A mechanical return can transfer the yoke pivoting position to the control piston. The valve is axially parallel to the cylinder and radially spaced from the yoke pivot axis. The return comprises an axially movable sensing piston and coaxial return spring which are axially adjacent to the valve. The sensing piston abuts a yoke surface that is eccentric with respect to the pivot axis and connected to the control piston by the return spring.

Adjusting device of a hydrostatic module

A hydraulic module with two inclined-axis drive systems. The hydraulic module comprises a yoke () which, by virtue of a pin () that is in active connection with a piston (), is pivoted about a horizontal pivot axis () so as to adjust the stroke volume of the two inclined-axis drive systems.

A power distribution transmission unit () having a hydrostatic power branch () and a mechanical power branch () connected by a connection system (). The connection system () at least partially damps transfer of oscillations between the power branches. The power flow can be passed between the power branches, via a connecting shaft () that compensates axial offset between a hydrostat shaft () of the hydrostatic power branch () and a mechanical branch shaft () of the mechanical power branch (). The connecting shaft () is a hollow shaft and a spring device (), elastically prestressing the hydrostat shaft (), is arranged within the connecting shaft. The tooth profiles () of the connecting shaft () are formed as curved outer teeth which engage in tooth profiles (and) of the hydrostat shaft () of the hydrostatic power branch () and of the shaft () of the mechanical power branch (), in each case made as inner teeth.

In a powershift multi-gear transmission ( ), the countershafts of the reverse gear (KR), of the forward gear (KV) and of the fourth gear (K ) are combined to form one reversing transmission unit ( ) and the countershaft units of the first gear (K ), of the second gear (K ) and of the third gear (K ) are combined to form one gear transmission unit ( ).
