A filter assembly and method include a body having first second surfaces defining a cavity between the surfaces. A conduit system is disposed within the cavity. The conduit system includes an inlet disposed at the first surface and receives a fluid mixture comprising a fluid and debris. The conduit system is shaped to separate a first portion of the fluid and a mixture of a second portion of the fluid and the debris. The conduit system includes a first outlet disposed at a position within the cavity and a second outlet disposed at the second surface of the body. The conduit system directs the mixture of the second portion of the fluid and the debris out of the conduit system and into the cavity of the body via the first outlet, and directs the first portion of the fluid out of the conduit system via the second outlet.

A gearcase seal assembly includes an inboard seal body and an outboard seal body both extending about and along a center axis between respective interior and exterior portions. The inboard and outboard seal bodies include respective inboard and outboard pockets configured to receive first and second surfaces of a gearcase of an axle assembly, respectively. The interior portions of the inboard and outboard seal bodies include respective gutters configured to direct fluid away from the first and second surfaces of the gearcase, respectively. The exterior portion of the inboard seal body includes plural fingers disposed outside of the inboard pocket and extending in one or more directions away from the inboard pocket. The exterior portion of the outboard seal body includes plural other fingers disposed outside of the outboard pocket and extending in one or more directions away from the outboard pocket.

Seal structure of a body

A seal structure can include a protruding portion of an outer surface of a body. An inner surface of the protruding portion may define at least a portion of a channel. The protruding portion may be configured to engage and at least partially deform into the channel in response to a load generated by pressing an outer surface of the protruding portion against a contact surface of a contact member to provide a seal between the body and the contact member. The seal structure may be integrally formed within the body as a monolithic object. The body may face towards the contact surface of the contact member during operation of the seal structure. A method may include forming a monolithic body with an integral seal structure by additively fusing material so that the body has an outer surface facing towards a contact surface of a contact member.

The resistor grid system also includes an insulation board coupled to the resistor strip through the multiple pins and configured to provide a structural support. The insulation board is made of a composite material. The composite material includes a nitrogen-containing aromatic thermosetting polymeric resin and a filler.

A double walled reinforcement structure and method for making a double walled reinforcement structure having a plurality of longitudinally extending and nested structural members. Each structural member comprises a first cell having a first cross-section and a second cell having a second cross-section. The second cell is positioned within the first cell and the second cell contacts the first cell in a plurality of locations to provide mutual support of the cells in a manner increasing the tensile and compressive strength of the structure.
