An elbow joint rehabilitation system and an elbow joint rehabilitation method are provided. The elbow joint rehabilitation system includes a support member, a motor, a torque sensing unit, a first electromyography sensor, a second electromyography sensor and a motor control device. In the elbow joint rehabilitation method, the support member is configured to support an arm of a patient. Thereafter, the torque sensing unit is configured to sense the torque applied on the support member to obtain a sensed arm torque signal. Then, the first electromyography sensor and the second electromyography sensor are configured to sense the muscle activities of biceps and triceps of the patient to obtain electromyography signals. Thereafter, the motor is controlled to drive the support member to perform rehabilitation in accordance with the sensed arm torque signal, the electromyography signals and a current support member position provided by the motor.

The system includes a stand surrounding a working area, a signal detector receiving a signal generated by the wire, and a positioning module disposed on the stand. The positioning module is configured to drive the signal detector moving forward and backward on a two-dimensional plane in the working area. The system also includes a computer system electrically connected to the signal detector and the positioning module. The compute system receives the signal from the signal detector, generates position information according to the signal, and transmits the position information to the positioning module, such that the positioning module moves the signal detector to a position corresponding to a position of the wire in the blood vessel according to the position information.

A muscle power detection device and a muscle power detection method for detecting and classifying a muscle power status of a subject are provided. The muscle power detection device includes an inertia measurement unit, a pressure detection unit and a processing unit. The inertia measurement unit is configured to be arranged at a part of the subject and to obtain inertial data corresponding to the part of the subject according to movement status of the part of the subject. The pressure detection unit is configured to detection external force applied on the part of the subject to obtain pressure data. The processing unit is configured to perform an operation on the inertial data and the pressure data for obtaining evaluation values, and to obtain muscle power information corresponding to the part of the subject according to the evaluation values.

An electrolyte for surface treatment of a metal implant includes 10-30 wt % of a sulfur-containing compound aqueous solution, 3-10 wt % of a phosphorous-containing compound aqueous solution, 0.5-2 wt % of an oxidant aqueous solution, and 0.5-5 wt % of a surfactant aqueous solution, with the rest being water. The concentration of the sulfur-containing compound aqueous solution is 0.1-3 M. The concentration of the phosphorous-containing compound aqueous solution is 0.05-2 M. The concentration of the oxidant aqueous solution is 0.05-1 M. The concentration of the surfactant aqueous solution is 0.05-5 M. The electrolyte is utilized for treating a surface of a metal implant, forming a porous oxide layer on the surface of the metal implant.

A surface treatment of a magnesium alloy includes preparing a substrate of magnesium alloy, micro-arc oxidizing the substrate of magnesium alloy, forming an oxide layer with a hydroxyl group on the substrate of magnesium alloy, silylizing the oxide layer of the substrate of magnesium alloy with the oxide layer, by soaking the substrate of magnesium alloy in a processing solution with a silyl group-containing compound for 1-300 minutes, and placing the substrate of magnesium alloy with the silylized oxide layer at 70-200&#xb0; C. for 1-300 minutes, allowing a condensation reaction to occur. The manufactured surface-treated magnesium alloy shows a decreased degradation rate in vivo.

A device for producing a pattern onto a work piece includes a die, an electromagnetic actuator and a base. The die includes a patterned surface, and the patterned surface includes a pattern. The electromagnetic actuator includes an plate body, a convex part and a strip unit connected to the plate body. The electromagnetic actuator is disposed in the base. When the electromagnetic actuator is activated while a work piece is being positioned between the patterned surface and the electromagnetic actuator, an inductive current is generated on the work piece by the electromagnetic actuator, and then a repulsive force is generated between the electromagnetic actuator and the work piece. The repulsive force causes the work piece to adhere to the patterned surface, forcing the work piece to deform against the patterned surface and to take on the shape of the pattern.

An electronic casing and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The method includes the following steps. Step (a): a metal laminate and a die of a predetermined shape are provided. The metal laminate comprises a metal top layer and a metal bottom layer that are bonded by interface atom diffusion. Step (b): the metal laminate is processed to form a casing blank by using the die, and the casing blank has at least one turning portion. Step (c): a profiler of a predetermined shape and an electromagnetic forming device are provided. Step (d): the casing blank is attached to the profiler, and the electromagnetic forming device is disposed at a position corresponding to the turning portion. Step (e): the electromagnetic forming device is activated, so that the casing blank has a shape corresponding to the predetermined shape of the profiler.

An electromagnetic forming device for a sheet of material is provided. The electromagnetic forming device includes a fixing base, a magnetic concentration block, an electromagnetic actuator, and a die. The fixing base has a groove. The magnetic concentration block is disposed in the groove of the fixing base, and has an accommodating space therein, which is in communication with a surface of the magnetic concentration block via a slit. The electromagnetic actuator, used to generate a magnetic field, is disposed in the accommodating space of the magnetic concentration block, but does not contact the magnetic concentration block. The die and the magnetic concentration block are separated by a gap, and a sheet of material can be disposed in the gap. As the magnetic concentration block is a block, eddy currents in the magnetic concentration block are distributed uniformly, so the generated magnetic field is also distributed uniformly, thus exerting a uniform forming force on the sheet of material.
