A power supply housing adapted to a redundant power module includes a casing, a separation member, two front plates and a back plate. The casing includes four side plates and an installation space defined by the side plates. The separation member divides the installation space into a first sub-space and a second sub-space, and includes two first baffles located in the first sub-space and two second baffles located in the second sub-space. The two first baffles define a first installation region for disposing a redundant power module, and the two second baffles define a second installation region for disposing the redundant power module. The front plates are disposed on one end of the installation space and define a placement opening, serving as an entrance of the first and the second installation region. The back plate is disposed on one end of the installation space not provided with the front plates.

Power supply housing adapted to redundant power module

A power supply for a redundant power system includes a housing, a first circuit board, a second circuit board and a cooling fan. The first and second circuit boards are sequentially disposed in the housing. The length of the first circuit board is smaller than that of the second circuit board. Between the first and second circuit boards is a gap. The first and second circuit boards are each distributed with multiple electronic elements, and are connected by at least one electrical connecting line. The electronic elements form a power supply circuit, in which a bridge rectification module is disposed on the first circuit board and close to the gap. The cooling fan is at least connected to the first circuit board and a second circuit board to locate in the gap, and directly provides the bridge rectification module with a first cooling air current when activated.

Power supply for redundant power system

A power system for actively maintaining operation includes a power supply unit electrically connected to a commercial power source, a back panel electrically connected to the power supply unit and an ON/OFF control unit. The power supply unit has an OFF state and an operating state to convert the power provided by the commercial power source for outputting. The back panel converges the output of the power supply unit and provides a driving power. The ON/OFF control unit has an input detection terminal electrically connected to the commercial power source to detect whether the commercial power source supplies power and at least one operation signal terminal to output an operation signal upon judging that the commercial power source supplies power to drive the power supply unit to enter the operating state.

Power system for actively maintaining operation

A transformer comprises a circuit board, an iron core, a winding set and a plurality of magnetic conduction elements. The circuit board has a plurality of electric conduction holes connected via at least one power connection wire. The iron core is located on the circuit board and has a first winding section and a second winding section. The winding set is wound on the first winding section. Each magnetic conduction element has a connecting section located on the iron core and an input section and an output section inserted into the electric conduction holes. The output section of one magnetic conduction element is connected to the input section of another magnetic conduction element through the power connection wire, thereby the magnetic conduction elements and power connection wire form a magnetic conduction winding set which generates magnetic coupling with the winding set through the iron core.

Transformer

A transformer without coil racks includes a winding set, multiple conductive plates and an insulation mounting sheet. The winding set includes a coil portion and a magnetic core set running through the coil portion. The magnetic core set includes at least one inner magnetic core portion and at least two outer magnetic core portions that are spaced from each other by a gap. Each conductive plate includes a connecting section and two extended arms connected to two ends of the connecting section and running through the gap. The insulation mounting sheet includes multiple retaining slots corresponding to the gap to allow the extended arms to pass through and multiple retaining portions each being formed between two neighboring retaining slots to prevent the extended arms from contacting each other. The conductive plates run through the retaining slots and are confined by the retaining portions from moving.

Transformer without coil racks

The present invention is related to a conducting wire anti-drop structure for fixing two mutually connected conducting wires, which respectively have a connecting terminal for connecting with each other. The conducting wire anti-drop structure is characterized in that a positioning device is mounted on the connecting terminal of one of the conducting wires and has a positioning portion. The positioning portion is used to connect with a position-limiting device, which has an engaging portion extended from the connecting terminal for engaging with the other connecting terminal so as to limit the connection between the connecting terminals and provide stability.

Conducting wire anti-drop structure

A power supply having an extendable power input port connecting to a connection line to be installed on a side wall of a computer host. The side wall and the power supply form a heat dissipation passage therebetween to improve heated airflow in the computer host and increase heat dissipation effect without affecting electric plugging of the power supply.

An anchor structure for fans mainly to fasten a fan to an installation object without damaging the fan structure includes coupling members for fastening through holes formed on the corners of the fan. Each of the coupling members includes a first fastening element running through the through hole from the rear end thereof and a second fastening element running though the front end of the through hole to engage with the first fastening element so that the coupling members are fastened securely to maintain the fan structure in an integrated manner to perform normal operation.

The present invention discloses a fan assembly for a power supply and improves the traditional installation of a fan onto a power supply that leaves insufficient spaces for designing the connecting holes as required by the existing installation specification, and mounts the fan into a power supply at a specific position by a specific fixing member and uses the fixing member to keep the fan at a specific interval from the end surface of the power supply without being in direct contact with the power supply. Therefore, the interval from the end surface provides sufficient space for the design of the ventilation holes for the airflow and the connecting holes as required by the installation specification of the power supply.

A loading and unloading mechanism adopted for use on removable power supply modules includes in one embodiment a connection plug installed on a removable power supply and a connection trough connected to a power supply circuit of a system end (such as a personal computer). Another embodiment includes a connection trough on a system end to be installed on a holding unit which is movable to adjust the position relative to the system end according to the size of the removable power supply so that the removable power supply can be fully loaded into the computer. The loading and unloading mechanism thus formed can be adapted for the removable power supply of varying sizes and specifications.

An improved fixing structure for power supplies defines an accommodating area on a power supply for installing a fixing structure, and the power supply has a fixing hole on a casing of the power supply defining a limit fixing condition for the fixing structure when the power supply is pushed into the casing, and the power supply has a limit hole for installing a limit fixing member to restrict the displacement of the fixing structure, and constitutes a fixing structure that can be installed directly inside a power supply without occupying additional space, and attains the effects of fixing two fixing structures and limiting the fixing member.

Fixing structure for power supplies

A power supply structure for high density servers bridging a system end and a power supply end includes a power receiving unit located on the system end, a power transmission unit located on the power supply end, and a conductive connection element connecting the power receiving unit and the power transmission unit through fasteners. The conductive connection element establishes electric connection with the power receiving unit and the power transmission unit through the fasteners so that power supply provided by the power supply end is transmitted from the power transmission unit to the conductive connection element which in turn transmits the power to the system end through the power receiving unit. The power supply structure of the invention may be assembled and installed quickly.
