A wind power excitation synchronous generation system having a maximum power determining unit and a control method thereof are disclosed. In this control method, dual input shafts and a single output shaft of a gear transmission mechanism are used, and two kinds of inputted power, such as wind power and servo motor control power, are integrated, so as to allow the output shaft to drive an excitation synchronous generator to generate electric power. In this system, a rotation speed and a phase of a servo motor are controlled, so as to allow the excitation synchronous generator to output the electric power with a frequency and a phase identical to the utility grid.

Wind power excitation synchronous generation system having maximum power determining unit and control method thereof

A stand-alone wind power generation system and a method for controlling an excitation synchronous generator thereof are provided. In this method, an input wind power is transformed into an electrical power and outputted to a load. With the use of a coaxial configuration, a windmill, a speed-increasing gearbox, the excitation synchronous generator, and a motor are integrated in the same shaft. The output voltage of the generator is stabilized by an excitation field control. With the use of a motor servo control, the speed of generator can be stabilized under a wind disturbance condition. Therefore, the output power and frequency can be stable. A power flow management unit can control battery sets to charge and discharge, so as to accomplish the proposed control method.

Wind power generation system and method for controlling excitation synchronous generator thereof

An independently controllable transmission mechanism with an identity-ratio series type includes a first planetary gear train and a second planetary gear train mechanically connected therewith. The transmission mechanism has a power output end, a transmission control end, a power input end and a free transmission end. The power output end and the transmission control end are provided on the first planetary gear train and the second planetary gear train, respectively. The power input end is provided on the first planetary gear train or the second planetary gear train while the free transmission end is provided on the second planetary gear train or the first planetary gear train. The transmission control end is operated to freely shift the free transmission end as a power input end or a power output end.

Independently controllable transmission mechanism with an identity-ratio series type

An independently controllable transmission mechanism includes a first planetary gear train, a second planetary gear train, a first transmission-connecting set and a second transmission-connecting set. The first planetary gear train and the second planetary gear train are serially connected to form a series type. The independently controllable transmission mechanism has a first power output end, a transmission control end, a first power input end and a free-transmission end. The first power output end is provided on the first planetary gear train and the transmission control end is provided on the second planetary gear train. The first power input end is provided on the first transmission-connecting set and the free-transmission end is provided on the second transmission-connecting set. The transmission control end controls the free-transmission end to be functioned as a second power input end or a second power output end.

An independently controllable transmission mechanism includes a first planetary gear train and a second planetary gear train. The first planetary gear train and the second planetary gear train are mechanically connected in parallel to form a parallel type. The controllable transmission mechanism has a first power output end, a transmission control end, a first power input end and a free-transmission end. The first power output end is provided on the first planetary gear train and the transmission control end is provided on the second planetary gear train. When the first power input end is provided on the first planetary gear train or the second planetary gear train, the free-transmission end is provided on the second planetary gear train or the first planetary gear train. The transmission control end controls the free-transmission end to be functioned as a second power input end or a second power output end.
