Generating a solution keyword tag cloud is provided. The solution keyword tag cloud is generated for a product based on matching keywords identified in a question asking how to resolve an issue experienced by a user with the product with keyword tags included in a set of condition-solution trees corresponding to the product. In response to receiving an indication that a tried solution in the solution keyword tag cloud did not resolve the issue experienced by the user, the solution keyword tag cloud is graphically updated by moving the tried solution that failed to resolve the issue from a solution section of the solution keyword tag cloud to a condition section of the solution keyword tag cloud. The solution keyword tag cloud is presented in a graphical user interface display on a client device corresponding to the user.

Generating solution keyword tag clouds based on support forum post analytics

A first message may be displayed within a main chat room. The first message may be associated with a first topic. A second message may be displayed below the first message. The second message may be associated with a second topic. A third message may be received. The third message may be determined to be associated with the first topic. In response to the determining, the third message may be displayed by offsetting the third message below the first message, wherein the third message is displayed above the second message. The offsetting the third message below the first message may indicate a hierarchical relationship between the first message and the third message.

Organizing messages in a hierarchical chat room framework based on topics

Generating a solution keyword tag cloud is provided. Keywords are identified in a question asking how to resolve an issue experienced by a user with a product. The keywords identified in the question are matched with keyword tags included in a set of condition-solution trees corresponding to the product. The solution keyword tag cloud for the product is generated based on the matching of the keywords identified in the question with the keyword tags included in the set of condition-solution trees corresponding to the product. The solution keyword tag cloud is presented in a graphical user interface display on a client device corresponding to the user.

Services associated with first and second nodes are managed. As part of the management, the first node receives a request to modify the services. A synchronization policy is identified. The synchronization policy requires that modifications attempted on the set of services on the first node also be attempted on the second node. In response to the request, an attempt is made to modify the set of services on the first node. Further, in response to the request and pursuant to the synchronization policy, the second node is caused to attempt to modify the set of services. The synchronization policy is identified as a relaxed synchronization policy. A determination is made that the attempt to modify the set of services on the second node failed. Based on identifying that the synchronization policy is a relaxed synchronization policy, the attempt to modify the set of services on the first node continues.

Synchronization policies among nodes

An electrical adapter for identifying the connection state to a network is presented. The adapter comprises a first member and a second member. The first member comprises a male end that is substantially similar in shape to a connector plug, and which electrically connects to a wall outlet or a female receptacle. A first female end is disposed at another end of the first member, which includes a hollow cylinder member and a display window. The second member comprises a second female end which comprises a push latch and a mark for identifying a connection state to a network. When the second member is pushed forward, the second female end is engaged with the first female end via the push latch, and a display window displays the mark that identifies the electrical adapter's connection state to the network.
