A display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus includes an array substrate, and includes control devices, light emitting diodes (LEDs) and an electrode pattern disposed on the array substrate. The LED includes first and second semiconductor layers, and includes a light emitting layer disposed between the first and second semiconductor layers. The electrode pattern includes first electrodes, second electrodes and touch driving signal lines. Each first electrode is electrically connected with the first semiconductor layer of at least one of the LEDs. Each second electrode is electrically connected with the second semiconductor layer of one of the LEDs and one of the control devices. The touch driving signal lines are respectively disposed between adjacent first electrodes. At least an edge of each first electrode is adjacent to a line section of the touch driving signal lines.

Display apparatus

A pixel array substrate and a driving method of a pixel array substrate are provided. The pixel array substrate includes a substrate, at least one pixel structure located on the substrate and a liquid crystal layer. The at least one pixel structure includes a micro light emitting diode (&#x3bc;LED), a supporting wall, a first bottom electrode located between the supporting wall and the &#x3bc;LED, and a first top electrode disposed on the supporting wall and separated from the first bottom electrode. The &#x3bc;LED includes a first electrode, a first semiconductor layer electrically connected to the first electrode, a second semiconductor layer, a light-emitting layer located between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, and a second electrode electrically connected to the second semiconductor layer. The liquid crystal layer is disposed on the first bottom electrode and located between the supporting wall and the &#x3bc;LED.

Pixel array substrate and driving method thereof

A display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a first liquid crystal display medium, and a first electric field applying component. The first electric field applying component is configured to apply a first electric field to a first portion of the first liquid crystal display medium and apply a second electric field to a second portion of the first liquid crystal display medium. The intensity of the first electrical field is operatively different from that of the second electrical field.

A pixel structure including a scan line, a data line, an active device, a first protruding structure, a second protruding structure, a first electrode and a second electrode is provided. The first protruding structure has a first top surface, a first bottom surface and first side surfaces located on both sides of the first top surface and the first bottom surface. A first acute angle &#x3b8;is formed between the first top surface and the first side surfaces. The second protruding structure has a second top surface, a second bottom surface and second side surfaces located on both sides of the second top surface and the second bottom surface. A second acute angle &#x3b8;is formed between the second top surface and the second side surfaces. The first electrode is disposed on the first top surface, and the second electrode is disposed on the second top surface.
