A tire pressure monitoring system and tire pressure detector setting apparatus for tractor-trailer are disclosed. The tractor-trailer has a tractor and a trailer having a plurality of wheels, respectively. The tire pressure monitoring system includes a plurality of tire pressure detectors and a monitoring device. The tire pressure detectors are disposed on each of the wheels, detecting the tire pressure status of each wheel and generating a tire pressure information. Each tire pressure detector has a wheel code corresponding to one of the wheels, respectively. The monitoring device is disposed on the tractor for receiving the tire pressure information and the wheel codes of the corresponding tire pressure detector. When the tire pressure information and the wheel code are transmitted to the monitoring device, the monitoring device accurately monitors the tire pressure status of each wheel.

Tire pressure monitoring system for tractor-trailer

A multi-frequency processing device of a tire pressure detector and processing method thereof are provided. The device includes an oscillator providing an oscillation signal as a basis frequency; a microcontroller storing a first and a second frequency information; a phase lock module receiving the oscillation signal and generating a first and a second target frequency according to the first frequency information and the second frequency information; and a transmission module receiving a data from the microcontroller in a first mode, and generating a signal frame formed of the first and second target frequency carrying the data, so as to transmit the signal frame. Therefore, the transmission frequency does not have to be set in advance, improving the convenience of usage.

An antenna matching device for a dual-frequency tire pressure detector includes: a microcontroller having a control pin; a dual-frequency signal unit controlled by the microcontroller to which one of two different frequency signals to generate; and a matching unit having an input end, two external pins, and an output end, the input end being electrically connected to the dual-frequency signal unit to receive the frequency signals from the dual-frequency signal unit, the external pins being electrically connected to two ends of a diode, respectively, with the control pin electrically connected to one of the external pins, and the output end being electrically connected to an antenna, wherein the matching unit provides two impedances between the input end and the output end so that the microcontroller controls an operating state of the diode according to whether the control pin is grounded, thereby switching between the impedances of the matching unit.

The tire pressure sensor module contains a casing, a nozzle, a sleeve element, a fastening element, and a two-way tire information transmission and sensory system inside the casing. The casing has a trough and an air opening. The nozzle contains a nozzle mouth and a nozzle base. The nozzle base is joined to the casing, and the mouth is threaded through the sleeve element. The nozzle and the sleeve element are secured to the casing by the fastening element through the trough. The two-way tire information transmission and sensory system contains a battery, a micro-controller circuit, a low-power-consumption Bluetooth wireless transceiver circuit, a boosting/regulating circuit, a pressure sensor, an operation amplifier, a gravity sensor, a temperature sensor, and an antenna.

A tire status receiving system includes a first signal converter module including a first microcontroller unit, a wireless receiver unit for receiving a wireless signal from a tire status sensor and providing the wireless signal to the first microcontroller unit for enabling the first microcontroller unit to convert the wireless signal into a code for information interchange for output through an output unit being electrically coupled to the first microcontroller unit, and a second signal converter module including a second microcontroller unit, a memory unit for storing tire status sensor ID codes and predetermined alarm threshold values, an interface unit for communication with the output unit to receive data, a power supply unit to provide the necessary working electricity, and a communication port electrically coupled to the second microcontroller unit and having installed therein signal transmission circuit and a charging circuit.
