Provided is a power supply including a boost circuit and an LLC converter. The LLC converter includes a first inductor, a first switch, and a second switch. The LLC converter controls the first switch and the second switch according to the zero-voltage switching rule, so as to convert a boosted power supply provided by the boost circuit to an output power. The first inductor is inductively coupled with a boost inductor of the boost circuit to obtain the first energy. In response to the first energy, a time point when a first terminal and a second terminal of the first switch have zero voltage difference is delayed, such that a turn-on time point of the second switch lags behind a turn-on time point of a power switch of the boost circuit.

Two-stage power supply with second parallel coupled inductor for dynamic noise suppression

A boost converter with the function of temperature adjustment includes a bridge rectifier, a first inductor, an absorption circuit, a power switch element, an output stage circuit, a feedback compensation circuit, and a detection and control circuit. The absorption circuit is coupled in parallel with the first inductor. The absorption circuit is selectively enabled or disabled according to the control voltage. The power switch element selectively couples the first inductor to the ground voltage according to the PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) voltage. The detection and control circuit generates the control voltage and adjusts the duty cycle of the PWM voltage according to a temperature-dependent voltage. The temperature-dependent voltage is related to the temperature of the first inductor.

Boost converter with function of temperature adjustment

A power supply includes a transformer, a power switch, a resonant circuit, a voltage stabilization and feedback compensation circuit, and two control circuits. The power switch operates according to a first control signal so that the transformer can convert an input voltage into an output voltage. The voltage stabilization and feedback compensation circuit provides a feedback voltage associated with the input voltage and lower the feedback voltage when receiving a fourth signal having an enable level. The first control circuit adjusts the duty cycle of the first control signal and provides the fourth signal having the enable level when receiving a detecting voltage having a specific level. The second control circuit provides second and third signals for driving the resonant circuit, detects the resonant voltages of the resonant circuit, and provides the detecting voltage having the specific level when determining that the resonant circuit fails to provide zero-voltage switching.

A power supply device with high output stability includes a bridge rectifier, a first capacitor, a boost inductor, a first voltage divider circuit, a power switch element, a first output stage circuit, a second voltage divider circuit, a switch circuit, a transformer, a resonant capacitor, a second output stage circuit, and a detection and control circuit. The detection and control circuit can appropriately control the switch circuit according to a first divided voltage from the first voltage divider circuit, a second divided voltage from the second voltage divider circuit, and an output voltage from the second output stage circuit.

The disclosure provides a full-bridge resonant converter, including a full-bridge switching circuit, a transformer, a resonance tank, a secondary side circuit, and a damping circuit. The secondary side circuit includes a first output diode and a second output diode. When the current value of a current flowing through the first output diode and the second output diode is resonated to zero amperes, and a resonant current flowing through the resonance tank does not flow through a primary side winding of the transformer at all, the transformer and the secondary side circuit jointly provide an equivalent capacitance, and the damping circuit and the equivalent capacitance jointly perform a damping operation on the resonant current.

Full-bridge resonant converter capable of suppressing high-frequency decoupling distortion

A power supply device includes a rectifier module, an excitation module, a switch module, a transformer module, a first output module, a second output module, a control module and a logic module. The first and second output modules receive first and second transformed voltages of the transformer module to generate first and second output voltages. The control module determines whether the first output voltage is abnormal according to first and second slopes of the first and second output voltages. When the first output voltage is abnormal, the control module generates a comparison result according to the first slope and a reference slope. The logic module generates a logic signal according to a reference voltage, the first output voltage and the comparison result. The control module controls the power supply device to enter a short current protection or a under voltage protection according to the logic signal.

A power converter and an operation method of the power converter are provided. The power converter includes a rectifier, a boost circuit, a current sensor, and a processor. The rectifier rectifies an AC power to generate a rectified power. The boost circuit includes a boost inductor. The boost circuit boosts the rectified power to generate an output power. The current sensor senses an inductor current value at the boost inductor to generate a sensed value corresponding to the inductor current value. The processor generates a first reference value according to an output voltage value of the output power, an input impedance value, and a first value. When the sensed value is greater than the first reference value, the processor enters a first operation mode to cause the sensed value to be not less than the first reference value.

A resonance conversion device including an LLC synchronous resonance converter, a synchronous rectification controller, and a dead time adjustment circuit is provided. The LLC synchronous resonance converter includes a resonance tank and multiple synchronous rectification switches. The synchronous rectification controller controls the synchronous rectification switches, which are turned on with a delay based on a dead time length. The dead time adjustment circuit inductively couples electric energy at an output of the LLC synchronous resonance converter to the resonance tank, and provides a dead time control signal according to a resonance voltage variation of the resonance tank so that the synchronous rectification controller adjusts the dead time length according to the dead time control signal.

A power delivery system includes a PD source device and a PD sink device. The PD source device is configured to detect its connection status with the PD sink device and determine whether its power supply is high-voltage operation. When determining that the PD source device is supplying high-voltage power and detecting that the PD source device is detached from the PD sink device, the PD source device is configured to provide an oscillating rapid discharging path for its output capacitor, thereby rapidly reducing its output voltage and suppressing electrical arc.

A power supply device is provided. The power supply device includes a housing, a power converter, a controller, multiple humidity sensitive capacitors, and a feedback circuit. The housing has multiple joints. The controller controls the power converter to provide an output voltage. The humidity sensitive capacitors are respectively configured in the housing and adjacent to a corresponding joint of the joints. The humidity sensitive capacitors jointly provide a sensing capacitance value. The feedback circuit changes a gain value and a compensation bandwidth of the output voltage in response to the change of the sensing capacitance value. When the humidity of at least one of the joints increases, the sensing capacitance value is reduced, so that the gain value and the compensation bandwidth are reduced.

A leakage inductor and a magnetizing inductor are built in the transformer. The detection and control circuit includes an NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) resistor disposed adjacent to the transformer. The detection and control circuit detects the first voltage slope relative to the power switch element, and it detects the second voltage slope relative to the first output stage circuit. The detection and control circuit limits the inductive current flowing through the magnetizing inductor according to the first voltage slope, the second voltage slope, and the feedback voltage from the NTC resistor.
