A transmitting method, a transmitter, a receiver and an associated scheduling method for control signal and data signal are provided. The transmitting method includes following steps. Firstly, a first control power and a first data power are respectively allocated to a first control signal and a first data signal which are to be transmitted with a first sub-carrier in a first time duration. The first control power and the first data power are different. The first control signal and the first data signal are multiplexed by superimposing the first control power and the first data power before the multiplexed first control signal and the multiplexed first data signal are transmitted.

Methods for grouping MTC devices in MTC networks are proposed. One of the proposed methods includes grouping femto MTC devices into femto groups and grouping macro MTC devices into macro groups, where each of the assigned groups has its granted interval for delivering MTC messages. In the proposed method, it may detect network overload of each group or unsuccessful access request of each device, and statistically count consecutively accumulated number of occurrence of the CN overload of each group or accumulated number of occurrence of unsuccessful access request retries of each device. The group numbers, cycle time, and access probability of the macro groups or the femto groups may be adjusted according to the aforementioned accumulated numbers. In addition, the macro groups or the femto groups are merged or split according to determination based on the statistical counts.

A method of enhancing handover by using chain handover over a wireless connection, for use in a plurality of moving devices, is introduced. In the method, a control message is received by one of a plurality of moving devices. It is determined that a part or all of the plurality of moving devices are allowed to perform the group handover according to the report message. Method of enhancing handover by using a group handover over a wireless connection and devices therefor

A device for accessing web services uses a service interface and a conversion and interpretation unit to implement a method which simplifies the access interface of wave services. The service interface includes an upload element, a download element and a command element. With the conversion and interpretation unit, the data and the command of web pages are converted and interpreted as the contents of the three elements. The contents are converted into web page documents and forwarded to a network platform for further processing associated tasks. The presentation on the service interface may replace the browsers and achieve the function of supporting the participation-typed service. It simplifies the complexity on the network access interface, and can access different services provided by different servers.

A method of handling component carrier activation and deactivation for a mobile device capable of receiving and transmitting on a plurality of component carriers in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes starting a deactivation timer for a component carrier of the plurality of component carriers when the component carrier is activated, wherein the deactivation timer provides a period of time for component carrier activation, performing a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) process on the component carrier, and extending activation time of the component carrier when a retransmission of the HARQ process is not finished before deactivation of the component carrier.

A method for switching communication connection modes, a communication system, a base station, a transmitter and a receiver are provided. The method includes the following steps. Firstly, when a base station or a core network entity determines that a communication mode between a transmitter and a receiver should be switched from a cellular communication mode to a device-to-device communication mode, the base station sends a control message to the transmitter. Next, the transmitter stops transmitting at least one first packet to the base station in response to the control message.
