The disclosure discloses a method for manufacturing light-emitting diode (LED) chips. The manufacturing method includes: providing a plurality of LED elements; randomly mixing the plurality of LED elements; performing a mesa process on the plurality of LED elements; and forming at least one pair of electrodes on the plurality of LED elements. An electronic device includes the LED chips.

Electronic device and manufacturing method thereof

An electronic device includes a first insulating layer, a first conductive portion, a second conductive portion, a transistor, and an electronic unit. The first insulating layer has a first opening penetrating the first insulating layer along a first direction. The first conductive portion is disposed in the first opening. The second conductive portion is electrically connected to the first conductive portion. The transistor is electrically connected to the second conductive portion. The electronic unit is electrically connected to the first conductive portion. In a cross-sectional view of the electronic device, the electronic unit and the second conductive portion are disposed on two opposite sides of the first insulating layer respectively, the first conductive portion has a first length along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, the second conductive portion has a second length along the second direction, and the first length is different from the second length.

Electronic device

An electronic device includes a first substrate, a circuit layer, a conductive wire, and an adhesive layer. The first substrate has a first surface, a second surface and a first side surface. The second surface is opposite to the first surface, the first side surface is located between the first surface and the second surface, and the first side surface connects the first surface and the second surface. The circuit layer is disposed on the first surface of the first substrate. The conductive wire is electrically connected to the circuit layer. The adhesive layer is disposed on the first surface and the circuit layer. The adhesive layer has a second side surface, and a first portion of the conductive wire is disposed on the first side surface of the first substrate and the second side surface of the adhesive layer.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a substrate and another substrate disposed opposite to the substrate. The electronic device includes a first light-emitting element disposed on the substrate and configured to emit blue light under a first current density when the substrate provides a first current to the first light-emitting element. The electronic device includes a second light-emitting element disposed on the substrate and configured to emit green light or red light under a second current density when the substrate provides a second current to the second light-emitting element. The electronic device includes a protective layer disposed between the substrate and the another substrate and covering the first light-emitting element and the second light-emitting element. A display device includes a first substrate, a light-emitting element, a light conversion layer, and a color filter layer. The light-emitting element is disposed on the first substrate. The light conversion layer is disposed on the light-emitting element. In addition, the color filter layer is overlapped the light-emitting element and the light conversion layer.

Display device

A touch display device is provided in this disclosure. The touch display device includes a substrate, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, a stacked structure, an inorganic light emitting unit, and a touch sensing circuit. The first conductive layer is disposed on the substrate. The first conductive layer includes a gate electrode. The second conductive layer is disposed on the first conductive layer. The second conductive layer includes a source electrode and a drain electrode. The stacked structure is disposed on the substrate. The stacked structure includes a conductive channel and a sensing electrode. The inorganic light emitting unit is disposed on the stacked structure. The inorganic light emitting unit is electrically connected with the drain electrode via the conductive channel. The touch sensing circuit is electrically connected with the sensing electrode.

Touch display device

A method for driving an active-matrix pixel array is provided. The method includes the following steps: during a first period, inputting a data signal into a control terminal of a second transistor of the each of pixel circuits from a first terminal of a first transistor of the each of the pixel circuits; during a second period, turning-on a third transistor of the each of the pixel circuits, so that a current generated by according to the data signal flows through the light emitting unit of the each of the pixel circuits; and during a third period, inputting a reset signal into the control terminal of the second transistor of the each of the pixel circuits from the first terminal of the first transistor of the each of the pixel circuits.

Method for driving an active-matrix pixel array

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes: a substrate, a first light-emitting element, and a second light-emitting element. The first light-emitting element is disposed on the substrate and configured to emit a first color light under a first current density when the substrate provides a first current to the first light-emitting element. The second light-emitting element is disposed on the substrate and configured to emit a second color light under a second current density when the substrate provides a second current to the second light-emitting element. The first current is equal to the second current, and the first current density is different from the second current density.

An electronic device including a light emitting element, a wavelength conversion layer, a conductive wire and a wavelength selection layer is provided by the present disclosure. The light emitting element is configured to emit a light. The wavelength conversion layer is configured to convert the light. The conductive wire is electrically connected to the light emitting element. The wavelength selection layer is disposed between the conductive wire and the wavelength conversion layer, wherein the conductive wire is cured by an energy beam, and the wavelength selection layer is configured to block the energy beam.

An electronic device is provided in the present disclosure. The electronic device includes a substrate and a light emitting diode. The light emitting diode is bonded to the substrate through a solder alloy. The solder alloy includes tin and a metal element M, and the metal element M is one of the indium and bismuth. The atomic percentage of tin in the sum of tin and the metal element M ranges from 60% to 90% in the solder alloy.

A display device includes a substrate, a light-emitting element, and a transistor. The substrate has a top surface. The light-emitting element is disposed on the substrate, and includes a first electrode and a second electrode. The transistor is disposed on the substrate and electrically connected to the light-emitting element. The transistor includes a gate electrode and a semiconductor layer. The semiconductor layer includes an overlapping portion overlapped with the gate electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode of the light-emitting element do not overlap with the overlapping portion along a direction perpendicular to the top surface of the substrate.

The touch display device includes a substrate, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, a stacked structure, an inorganic light emitting unit, and a touch sensing circuit. The first conductive layer is disposed on the substrate. The first conductive layer includes a gate electrode. The second conductive layer is disposed on the first conductive layer. The second conductive layer includes a source electrode and a drain electrode. The stacked structure is disposed on the substrate. The staked structure includes a conductive channel and a sensing electrode. The inorganic light emitting unit is disposed on the stacked structure. The inorganic light emitting unit is electrically connected with the drain electrode via the conductive channel. The touch sensing circuit is electrically connected with the sensing electrode.

A tiled display device includes a first panel. The first panel includes a first lower substrate and a first upper substrate disposed opposite to the first lower substrate. The first upper substrate includes a first upper surface, a first lower surface and a first side surface located between the first upper surface and the first lower surface. The tiled display device further includes a second panel disposed adjacent to the first panel. The second panel includes a second lower substrate and a second upper substrate disposed opposite to the second lower substrate. The second upper substrate includes a second upper surface, a second lower surface and a second side surface located between the second upper surface and the second lower surface. The second side surface is disposed adjacent to the first side surface. A portion of the first side surface is not perpendicular to the first upper surface or the first lower surface, and a portion of the second side surface is not perpendicular to the second upper surface or the second lower surface.
