A pick-up device has a caves. A first magnetic force is capable of attracting micro-devices to move toward the caves of the pick-up device. The pick-up device is disposed on a pick-up roller, and the pick-up roller drives the caves of the pick-up device to move relative to the micro-devices. Given that the first magnetic force is provided, the pick-up device compresses the micro-devices, so that the micro-devices are fitted in place the micro-devices into the caves of the pick-up device, wherein a shape of the caves is the same as a shape of the micro-devices. The micro-devices are transferred from the caves of the pick-up device to a receiving device.

Transfer method and transfer apparatus

A display device includes a first light source, a second light source, a liquid crystal panel, and a light-guide device. The liquid crystal panel is disposed on the first light source and the second light source. The light-guide device is disposed between the first light source and the liquid crystal panel. A first light-receiving surface of the light-guide device faces toward the first light source. A second light-receiving surface of the light-guide device faces toward the second light source. A first light beam emitted by the first light source enters the light-guide device through the first light-receiving surface and leaves the light-guide device through a light-emitting surface opposite to the first light-receiving surface. A second light beam emitted by the second light source enters the light-guide device through the second light-receiving surface and leaves the light-guide device through the light-emitting surface.

Display device

A touch controlling device includes a sensing module, a processor and a feedback generator. The sensing module senses first coordinates and second coordinates. The processor generates an touch area difference according to the first coordinates and the second coordinates. The feedback generator generates a feedback corresponding to the touch area difference. Specifically, the touch device determines the force of touch based on the touch area difference without any force sensing plate attached thereon. Consequently, the thickness of the touch device and the cost of the touch device are reduced.

An electronic device and a display device are provided. The electronic device includes the display device and an object to be shown. The display device includes a display panel, a first backlight module, and a second backlight module. The display panel has a transparent area corresponding to the object. The first backlight module is disposed with a gap to the display panel and generates first backlight to reach the display panel. The second backlight module has a prism sheet and a collimated illumination. The prism sheet is parallel to the display panel and corresponding to the transparent area, while the collimated illumination generates light reaching the prism sheet. The light is orientated by the prism sheet and becomes a second backlight before entering the transparent area.

Electronic device having transparent display function and display device thereof

A backlight module has a light guide part, a light source, a reflection part, a grating, a prism sheet, a diffuser, a wavelength-conversion material, and a reflection layer. An incident surface of the light guide part is located on a lateral side between a bottom surface and a top surface. The light source is disposed on a side of the incident surface. The reflection part is disposed along the bottom surface. The grating is disposed along the top surface, and has bright zones and dark zones disposed with an equal pitch. A surface, next to the grating, of the prism sheet has micro structures. An angle is formed between a first wall and a second wall of a horizontal cross-section of a micro structure. The diffuser has a cave to enable the wavelength-conversion material to be disposed therein. The reflection layer is formed at a flat portion of the diffuser.

Backlight module having quantum dot and manufacturing method thereof

A display device is provided. The display device includes a display module and a cover lens. The display module has a display area and a non-display area aside the display area. The cover lens which is disposed on the display module and covers the same includes a convex lens portion and a cover portion, wherein the convex lens portion has a convex cover surface facing the display area, the cover portion is connected to a side of the convex lens portion opposite to convex cover surface; the cover portion also has a fringe extending outsides the convex lens portion. The cover portion has an outer surface which includes a central area and a cambered surface connected to the central area and corresponding to the fringe.

A display device includes a backlight module, a display panel, and a prism film. The backlight module has a light-emitting surface and generates backlight along an average light-emitting direction that is inclined with respect to the light-emitting surface. The display panel is disposed above the light-emitting surface such that backlight from the backlight module passes through the display panel along the inclined direction. The prism film is disposed on one side of the display panel opposite to the backlight module, wherein the prism film has a plurality of prisms disposed side-by-side on one side of the prism film facing the display panel. An extending direction of the prisms at least partially traverses across the average light-emitting direction. Two sides of each prism are respectively a first surface and a second surface, wherein the first surface and the second surface are asymmetric and projection areas of the first surface and the second surface onto the prism film do not overlap. An angle between the first surface and a normal line to the light-emitting surface is greater than an angle between the second surface and the normal line to the light-emitting surface.

Display device and display system combined thereof

A display module including light emitting units and a display panel is provided. Each of the light emitting units includes a light source and a light converging element. The light emitting units are divided into at least one first light emitting unit row and a second light emitting unit row adjacent to the first light emitting unit row. Top surfaces of the light converging elements of the first light emitting unit row are disposed on a first surface. Top surfaces of the light converging elements of the second light emitting unit row are disposed on a second surface. The first surface is located between the display panel and the second surface. Moreover, a head up display including the display module is also provided.

A three-dimensional display apparatus and a backlight module thereof are provided. The display apparatus further includes a display panel disposed on the backlight module. The backlight module has a light guide plate, a plurality of microstructures, a first light source, and a second light source. The light guide plate has a bottom surface and a light emitting surface opposite to the bottom surface, wherein the microstructures are disposed on at least one of the two surfaces. The first light source is at a first corner of the light guide plate while the second light source is at a second corner opposite to the first corner. A first surface and a second surface of the microstructure define an orientation direction (or form a distribution direction) along or parallel to the diagonal line through the first and second corners.

Three-dimensional display apparatus and backlight module thereof

A display device includes a backlight module, a display panel, a prism film, a light-splitting layer, and a grating layer. The light-splitting layer splits light into a first backlight group and a second backlight group, wherein the two groups are inclined in different directions relative to a light-emitting surface of the backlight module. The grating layer allows the first backlight group to pass while blocking the second backlight group. The prism film has a plurality of prisms disposed facing the display panel. Each prism has a first surface and a second surface, wherein the angle between the first surface and the normal line to the light-emitting surface is greater than the angle between the second surface and the normal line to the light-emitting surface.

A touch display device includes a display panel, a light guide plate, at least an invisible light emitting device, and a first light path converting device. The light guide plate includes a plurality of microstructures to reflect an invisible light generated by the invisible light emitting device such that the invisible light passes through the display panel, reaching the first light path converting device.

Touch display device

A touch display device includes a display panel, a touch panel, a plurality of first light sources, a plurality of light sensors and at least one second light source. The display panel has a display surface. The touch panel is disposed above the display panel and includes a transparent part, a plurality of light guide parts configured to protrude from the surface of the transparent part thereby corporately forming a touch region on the surface. The first light sources and first light source is reflected by the light guide parts so as to emit above the touch region and be received by the light sensors. The second light source is configured to emit visible light beams, which is emitted out via the touch panel.
