A moored balloon includes a balloon, a wire coupled to the balloon, an antenna, a cable coupled to the balloon, a rotating device hung below the balloon, and a fixing device. The rotating device comprises a rotating unit and a bracket. The rotating unit comprises a bearing seat mounted on the bracket, a bearing unit mounted on the bearing seat, and a shaft passing through the bearing unit and coupled to the balloon. The fixing device comprises a receiving tube for receiving the antenna. The receiving tube is located on the bracket. The shaft moves with the balloon to generate a twisting force, the bearing unit counterbalances the twisting force to prevent the cable being twisted with the wires.

The mounting apparatus is mounted to an electronic device, which has a display screen. The hard disk can contact with the first heat conductive pad from the opening when the cover is rotated to cover the opening.

An exemplary gear transmission device includes a driving assembly including a driving shaft, a shaft coupling, a circular driving gear, a resilient mechanism and a driven gear engaging with the driving gear. The shaft coupling is fixed to the driving shaft and rotatable in unison with rotation of the driving shaft. The circular driving gear substantially surrounds and is operatively coupled to the shaft coupling and rotatable under urging of the shaft coupling. The resilient mechanism is held between the driving gear and the shaft coupling and is elastically deformable in circumferential directions of the shaft coupling. When the driving gear moves axially and collides with the driven gear without meshing with the driven gear, the driving gear rotates slightly relative to the shaft coupling thereby elastically deforming the resilient mechanism and the driving gear reaches a position where it can mesh with the driven gear.

An exemplary USB device includes a base including a body and a pair of arms extending from the body, a head rotatably positioned between the pair of arms, and a pair of wheels fixed to the head. When the base is gripped by a user and oriented at an oblique angle relative to an external surface, with the at least one wheel contacting the surface, and the base is moved by the user in a direction generally parallel to the surface, the head is capable of rotating relative to the base by reason of friction between the wheels and the surface, and the head is opened out from the base and is secured in position at a desired angle with respect to the base when the user ceases moving the base.

An electronic apparatus carrying device for carrying an electronic apparatus is disclosed. The electronic apparatus carrying includes a device shell and a pulling tray slidably connected to the shell. The shell defines an insert opening therein, the pulling tray is passable through the inserting opening. The pulling tray includes a tray portion and a handle portion connected to the tray portion. The tray portion supports and carries the electronic apparatus. The handle portion includes a pull bar and two cranks. The cranks includes first ends pivotally coupled to opposite ends of the tray portion, and opposing second ends slidably and pivotally coupled to opposite ends of the pulling bar. Each of the first end of the cranks having an engaging portion, the cranks are rotatable about a rotating axis at the first ends between a first position and a second position.

A fastening device used to fasten two locknuts to an object simultaneously includes a pedestal defining a first sliding groove, a pair of fixing blocks, a pair of rotating elements, a pair of first gear wheels and a second gear wheel. The fixing blocks are received and fixed in the first sliding groove. Each of the fixing blocks defines a through hole. Each of the rotating elements includes an operating portion and a shaft portion received in the through hole. Each of the pair of gear wheels includes a gear body attached to corresponding one of the shaft portions respectively and a sleeve protruding from the gear body and snugly receiving one of the locknuts. The second gear wheel is attached to the pedestal and engaging the pair of first gear wheels to achieve synchronous movements of the pair of first gear wheels.

An electronic device includes a fan including a frame, and an enclosure. The frame includes a plurality of mounting holes respectively positioned in a plurality of diagonal corners of the frame. The enclosure includes a plurality of sidewalls and a plurality of fixing members to fix the fan in the enclosure. Each of the plurality of fixing members projects from an inner surface of one of the plurality of sidewalls and is integrally formed with the sidewall. Each of the plurality of fixing members includes a clasping portion, and a cushioning portion between the clasping portion and the sidewall and having an angled shape. The plurality of cushioning portions are corresponding to the plurality of mounting holes and positioned between the fan and the sidewall.
