An aspect of the disclosure includes a method for adjusting a multicast broadcast service area. According to an exemplary embodiment, the method may include, but is not limited to, the following steps. A cell list in a session update request message is obtained. An old broadcast target area for a multicast broadcast service is adjusted to a new broadcast target area for the multicast broadcast service according to the cell list. At least one base station is controlled to allocate or release radio spectrum resources for the multicast broadcast service.

Method for adjusting multicast broadcast service area and network apparatus using the same

A method for generating a classification model using a training data set. An iterative procedure for training an ANN model, in which an iteration includes selecting a small sample of training data from a source of training data, training the model using the sample, using the model in inference mode over a larger sample of the training data, and reviewing the results of the inferencing. The results can be evaluated to determine whether the model is satisfactory, and if it does not meet specified criteria, then cycles of sampling, training, inferencing and reviewing results (STIR cycles) are repeated in an iterative process until the criteria are met. A classification engine trained as described herein is provided.

Provided are a broadcast multicast service center and a method applicable to a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) broadcast service management. The method includes: monitoring a service connection of a V2X between an application server and user equipment to generate a resource merging instruction when the service connection has no network traffic; searching for other service resources that are currently being executed and can share a service according to the resource merging instruction; analyzing the other service resources and the service connection through quality of service parameter screening and a broadcast service area comparison to determine a selected service resource from the other service resources; and adjusting a scheduling period of the service connection to be smaller than a scheduling period of the selected service resource to enable subsequent network traffic packets of the service connection to share network traffic of the selected service resource.

Broadcast multicast service center for MBMS broadcast service management and method thereof

A method for determining the position of a mobile node applied to a roadside unit (RSU) is provided. The RSU and a plurality of mobile nodes form a communication network of a road. The method includes the steps of: obtaining, by, via at least one sensor, first road information, wherein the first road information provides absolute position distribution information associated with the mobile nodes; receiving, by a communication device, second road information from a first mobile node of the mobile nodes, wherein the second road information provides relative position distribution information associated with the first mobile node and second mobile nodes adjacent to the first mobile node; and determining, by a comparison device, the position of the first mobile node on the road according to the first road information and the second road information.

Method for determining the position of mobile node and related communication system, road side unit, and vehicle thereof

A method, a mobile device, and a system for message transmission of a vulnerable road user (VRU) are provided. The method is adapted to a first mobile device of a first VRU and includes the following steps. Whether there exists a target mobile device within a preset range of the first VRU is determined, where the target mobile device is a mobile device that has already broadcast a personal safety message (PSM). When the target mobile device exists within the preset range, whether to broadcast a first PSM is determined according to a relative distance between the target mobile device and an intersection as well as a relative distance between the target mobile device and the first mobile device. When the target mobile device doesn't exist within the preset range, the first PSM is broadcast.

A read leveling method for a memory device is provided. The memory device includes a first memory block and at least a second memory block. The read leveling method includes the following steps. Determining whether a block read count of the first memory block is larger than or equal to a first threshold. Detecting a page read count of a page of the first memory block when the block read count of the first memory block is larger than or equal to the first threshold. Determine whether the block read count of the first memory block is larger than or equal to a second threshold. Move data of one of the page of the first memory block to a page of the second memory block when the block read count of the first memory block is larger than or equal to the second threshold.

A vehicle network transmission method and a vehicle network transmission system are provided. The vehicle network transmission method comprises the following steps. A first transmission device transmits a data signal to a second transmission device. It is determined whether the second transmission device is located in a target area. If the second transmission device is located in the target area, then a geographic location of the first transmission device is retrieved and a transmission region of the first transmission device is calculated. It is determined whether all of the third transmission devices adjacent to the second transmission device in the target area are located in the transmission region. If all of the third transmission devices adjacent to the second transmission device in the target area are located in the transmission region, then the second transmission device does not continue forwarding the data signal.

Vehicle network transmission method and transmission system

A first memory cell including a phase change material. The first memory cell is programmable to store one data value of a plurality of data values. The plurality of data values are represented by a plurality of non-overlapping ranges of resistance of the first memory cell. At least one testing pulse is applied to the first memory cell to establish a cell resistance of the first memory cell in an intermediate range of resistance, the intermediate range of resistance in between first and second adjacent ranges in the plurality of non-overlapping ranges of resistance representing the plurality of data values. After applying the at least one testing pulse to the first memory cell, it is determined whether to apply at least one healing pulse to repair the first memory cell, depending on relative values of (i) the cell resistance in the intermediate range of resistance and (ii) a reference resistance in the intermediate range of resistance.

A method is provided for operating a memory device including an array of memory cells including programmable resistive memory elements. Memory cells in the array are programmed to store data by applying program pulses to the memory cells to establish resistance levels within a number N of specified ranges of resistance, where each of the specified ranges corresponds to a particular data value. A drift recovery process is executed to the memory cells, including applying a recovery pulse having a pulse shape to a set of programmed memory cells, where memory cells in the set have resistance levels within two or more of the specified resistance ranges.
