An electronic signing authorization method includes converting a signing request submitted by an end user into a predetermined format, verifying an identity of an authorizing user of an authorization layer according to a predetermined verification process, accepting input data of the authorizing user of the authorization layer when the identity of the authorizing user of the authorization layer is verified, and outputting an authorization command according to the input data when the input data includes authorization data. The predetermined format includes at least one of a text format, an audio format, or a video format. The authorization command corresponds to rejecting the signing request, not authorizing the signing request, or authorizing the signing request.

Electronic signing authorization system

A cover window is provided and includes a substrate and a coating layer. The substrate has a thickness of 60 to 120 &#x3bc;m. The substrate has a Re of 6000 to 12000. The coating layer is coated on the substrate. The cover window has a first direction and a second direction. The first direction is a machine direction of the cover window. The second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. A tensile stress of 50 to 130 MPa is exerted in the first direction. A tensile stress of 140 to 300 MPa is exerted in the second direction. Since the substrate has a Re of 6000 to 12000, a penetrating ray of an incident ray is uniformly distributed on a visible region of the cover window, so as to reduce the phase difference between reflected rays, reduce rainbow patterns, and enhance visibility under a polarizer.

A manufacturing method of a single type touch panel structure includes steps as follows. A transparent metal oxide layer is configured on a substrate. The transparent metal oxide layer is patterned to form a first electrode pattern on the substrate. A transferable transparent conductive film is thermally laminated onto the first electrode pattern so that a photo sensitive layer is sandwiched between the transparent metal oxide layer and a transparent conductive coating layer. The transferable transparent conductive film is patterned for mutually forming a second electrode pattern on the transparent conductive coating layer and one surface of the photo sensitive layer adjoining the transparent conductive coating layer.

Single type touch panel structure and manufacturing method of the same

The disclosure provides a flexible polarizer, including a polarizing layer, a first protective layer, and a second protective layer. The polarizing layer has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The first protective layer is disposed on the first surface and comprises polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) or a kind of high phase retardation plastics. The second protective layer is disposed on the second surface and comprises PVDF or a kind of the high phase retardation plastics. The first protective layer, the second protective layer, and the polarizing layer are configured to be bent along a bend line.

Flexible polarizer and flexible touch display

A touch panel includes a substrate, plural conducting wires, an insulating layer, and a ground layer. The substrate includes an active region and a peripheral region surrounding the active region. The conducting wires are disposed in the peripheral region and extend along a first direction. The insulating layer is disposed on the conductive wires. The ground layer is disposed at an edge of the peripheral region and at least partially on the insulating layer, and the ground layer is at least partially in contact with the substrate.
