Embodiments of the disclosure provide a color correction method and a color correction device. The method includes: obtaining native gamma information and native color point information of a display; obtaining target gamma information and target color point information of a target color space; obtaining a gamma correction parameter associated with the display based on the native gamma information and the target gamma information; determining a first pseudo gamma parameter based on the target gamma information; determining a second pseudo gamma parameter based on an inverse gamma operation of the target gamma information; determining a pseudo color space conversion matrix based on the native color point information and the target color point information; and updating a 3D lookup table of the display based on the first pseudo gamma parameter, the pseudo color space conversion matrix, and the second pseudo gamma parameter in sequence.

Color correction method and color correction device for obtaining target gamma information of a target color space

The disclosure provides a method for dynamically adjusting image clarity and an image processing device using the same method. The method includes: retrieving an image frame and searching for a predetermined object therein; evaluating a first sharpness of the predetermined object; if the first sharpness of the predetermined object is lower than a sharpness threshold, calculating a difference value between the first sharpness and the sharpness threshold; dividing the image frame into blocks and evaluating a risk value and an effect value of increasing a second sharpness of each block; inputting the difference value, the risk value, and the effect value to a classifying model to generate a clarity setting value; and adjusting a clarity of a display on showing the image frame based on the clarity setting value.

Method for dynamically adjusting image clarity and image processing device using the same

A VST-HMD (Video See-Through Head Mounted Display) includes at least one camera, a first display device, a second display device, a first lens, a second lens, a first eye tracker, a second eye tracker, and a processor. The camera captures environmental image information. The first eye tracker detects left-eye motion information of a user. The second eye tracker detects right-eye motion information of the user. The processor determines an eye focus region of the user and depth information of the eye focus region according to the environmental image information, the left-eye motion information, and the right-eye motion information. The processor further monitors a displacement of the eye focus region and a change in the depth information, and accordingly determines whether to adjust image positions of the first display device and the second display device and/or focus of the camera.

Video see-through head mounted display and control method thereof

A chroma aberration compensation method using sub-pixel shifting for use in a head-mounted display is provided. The method includes the steps of: obtaining image data from a host, wherein the image data includes a left-eye image and a right-eye image; obtaining a refraction characteristics curve corresponding to a left-eye lens and a right-eye lens and calculating a resolution of the image data; calculating a distance and a relative direction between each sub-pixel in each color channel of the image data and a center of the image data; adjusting an offset value of each sub-pixel in each color channel of the image data according to the calculated distance and relative direction; performing a sub-pixel shifting compensation process to adjust a sub-image corresponding to each color channel to generate an output image according to the offset value of each sub-pixel in each color channel of the image data.

Head-mounted display and chroma aberration compensation method using sub-pixel shifting

The method is applicable for an electronic apparatus, and the method includes: obtaining capability information of each client apparatus in a subnet where the electronic apparatus is located, so as to obtain total capability information; connecting a server system and receiving a capability inquiring instruction from the server system; reporting the total capability information to the server system in response to the capability inquiring instruction, so that the server system sends a drawing instruction; co-generating the frame with the client apparatuses according to the drawing instruction sent by the server system.
