Theextract of the present invention is prepared using supercritical fluid technique, wherein the method includes steps of: (a) drying the leaves of; (b) pulverizing the leaves as particles; and (c) extracting the particles with supercritical carbon dioxide to obtain theextract. This supercriticalextract not only can decrease blood sugar level, but also promotes lipid degradation, inhibits the formation of huge lipid droplet and improves the metabolic symptoms. Accordingly, theextract further is able to be prepared as food supplement and pharmaceuticals.

A method for extracting lipid from wet biomass includes a step in which a wet biomass and a first solvent are mixed to prepare a mixture. The method continues with a step in which said mixture is separated to obtain a solution containing said first solvent and a concentrated biomass. The method continues with a step in which a liquefied gas is added into said concentrated biomass subjected to mechanical dispersion means to obtain lipid.

Method for extracting lipid from wet biomass

The present disclosure provides a flower essential oil extraction method. The flower essential oil extraction method includes (a) placing flowers in a high-pressure treatment tank; (b) introducing pressurized liquid medium into the high-pressure-treatment tank so as to reach a predetermined pressure, wherein the pressure is maintained for a predetermined period of time at a predetermined temperature, then the pressure is reduced to atmospheric pressure; and (c) placing the flowers subjected to high-pressure treatment in an extraction tank, wherein flowers are extracted with a low-polarity solvent to obtain an extract. By using the flower essential oil extraction method of the present disclosure, the flowers do not need to be subjected to a dehydration process, thus the energy cost is reduced, and more ingredients can be retained. Additionally, the flower essential oil extraction method of the present disclosure can reduce the energy consumption of drying and extraction so as to effectively reduce the manufacturing costs, thereby improving the industry competitiveness.

This invention relates to a fluid driven agitator used in densified gas cleaning system, which comprises a hydraulic motor mounted to a cleaning vessel of the densified gas cleaning system, wherein the hydraulic motor comprises a fluid in-port for charging the fluid into the hydraulic motor from outside of the cleaning vessel, and a fluid out-port for discharging the fluid from the hydraulic motor out of the cleaning vessel. A method for fabricating a thin metal shell that has connecting components is disclosed. This method comprises the following steps: forming a metal plate by plastic forming technologies into a thin shell with a plurality of bonding bases thereon; applying a structure adhesive on the bonding bases; disposing connecting components on the bonding bases with the structural adhesive; and curing the structural adhesive which bonds the shell and connecting components.
