An optical film set is disclosed. The optical film set including an optical film. The optical film includes a base and multiple light-guiding structures. The base has a light entrance surface and a light exit surface opposite to each other. The light-guiding structures are disposed on the light entrance surface of the base. Each of the light-guiding structures has two light-guiding surfaces opposite to each other. An included angle is between the each of the two light-guiding surfaces and a normal of the light entrance surface, and an angle range of the included angle is larger than 0 degrees and less than 25 degrees. A display device having the optical film set is also disclosed.

Optical film set and display device

A light guide element includes first and second surfaces, a light-incident surface, and microstructure groups arranged on the first surface. Each microstructure group includes a first microstructure and a second microstructure separated from and being mirror image structures of each other. A first intersection line is provided between a first light-receiving surface of the first microstructure and the first surface. A first distance is provided between the first intersection line and a light-incident intersection line in a first direction. A second intersection line is provided between a second light-receiving surface of the second microstructure and the first surface. A second distance is provided between the second intersection line and the light-incident intersection line in the first direction. A variation trend of the first distance in a second direction is opposite to a variation trend of the second distance in the second direction.

Light guide element and backlight module

A display device includes a touch panel, an optical adhesive layer, and a front light module that includes a light source and a light guide plate (LGP) including multiple microstructures recessed into the LGP from a first surface of the LGP to form voids. The optical adhesive layer is adhered between the touch panel and a first surface of the LGP. A surface of the optical adhesive layer facing the LGP is in contact with the first surface of the LGP in multiple first regions, and a surface of the optical adhesive layer facing the LGP and the plurality of microstructures being overlapped in multiple second regions. A maximum vertical distance between each void and the first surface is a first depth. A vertical distance between the first regions and the second regions is 0 to 0.7 times the first depth.

Display device

A backlight module including a first light guide plate, a first light source, a diffusor, a second light guide plate, a second light source, a viewing angle control film, and a first prism sheet is provided. The diffusor is disposed on one side of a first light emitting surface of the first light guide plate. The second light guide plate is disposed on one side of a first bottom surface of the first light guide plate. A second light emitting surface of the second light guide plate faces the first bottom surface. The second light source is disposed on one side of a second light incident surface of the second light guide plate. The viewing angle control film is disposed between the first light guide plate and the second light guide plate. The first prism sheet is disposed between the viewing angle control film and the first light guide plate.

Backlight module and display apparatus

A display device is provided. At least one base color of a red base color, a green base color, and a blue base color of the display device is formed by mixing at least two primary colors of the three primary colors. The display device of the invention may decrease the issue of color distortion.

A backlight module including a light guide plate, a light source, a diffuse reflector and a light-splitting film is provided. The light guide plate has a light incident surface, and a light-emitting surface and a bottom surface which are respectively connected to the light incident surface and opposite to each other. The light source is disposed on one side of the light incident surface of the light guide plate. The diffuse reflector is disposed on one side of the bottom surface of the light guide plate. The light-splitting film is disposed between the light guide plate and the diffuse reflector. The light-splitting film has a substrate and a plurality of first optical microstructures disposed on one side of the substrate. An extending direction of the first optical microstructures intersects with the light incident surface of the light guide plate. A display apparatus using the backlight module is also provided.

A light source module includes a light guide plate, a light-emitting element, and first and second prism sheets. One of the light-emitting surface and the bottom surface of the light guide plate has strip-shaped microstructures. The bottom surface has bottom microstructures, and the angle between the first surface of each bottom microstructure and the bottom surface is 1° to 17°. The first prism sheet is disposed on the light-emitting surface and between the light-emitting surface and the second prism sheet and includes first prism rods. The second prism sheet includes second prism rods. The aspect ratio of the strip-shaped microstructure is greater than 0.2. The angle between the maximum luminance direction of the light from the light-emitting surface and the normal direction of the light-emitting surface is less than 70°. The light-emitting angle range is less than 40°. A display device including the light source module is also provided.

Light source module and display device

A light guide plate includes a light incident surface and a bottom surface arranged adjacently. The bottom surface is provided with a plurality of first columnar structures. Each of the first columnar structures extends along a first direction from a vicinity of the light incident surface and toward away from the light incident surface. An accommodating space is formed between any two adjacent first columnar structures. A side of these first columnar structures away from the bottom surface is provided with a plurality of light exit microstructures. The light guide plate has an effect of preventing scratches. A backlight module includes the light guide plate mentioned above and a light source.

Light guide plate and backlight module using the same

An electronic device with a display screen includes a first body and a first display screen. The first body has an operation surface, the operation surface has a first side and a second side opposite to the first side, and the first side is defined as a user side. The first display screen is disposed in the first body, and the operation surface exposes the first display screen. The first display screen includes a backlight module and a display panel. The backlight module includes a light guide plate, a light source, and has only one prism sheet. The light guide plate has a light incident surface and a light exit surface, and the light incident surface faces the second side. The light source is disposed between the light incident surface and the second side. The prism sheet is disposed between the light exit surface and the display panel.

Electronic device with display screen

A backlight module includes a light guide plate, a light source and a surface deposition layer. The light guide plate has a light incident surface, an opposite surface opposite the light incident surface, and a light exit surface connected between the light incident surface and the opposite surface. The light source is disposed adjacent to the light incident surface, and a surface deposition layer is at least provided on a part of the opposite surface and a part of the light exit surface. The surface deposition layer includes an opaque material or a low light-transmittance material and has a thickness of smaller than 0.1 mm.

Backlight module

A light guide plate is provided in the invention. The light guide plate has a light incident surface, a bottom surface and a light exit surface. The bottom surface is opposite to the light exit surface. The light incident surface is connected between the bottom surface and the light exit surface. The light guide plate includes a plurality of light guide units and a plurality of microstructure units. The plurality of light guide units are convex to the bottom surface and arranged to be disposed along a direction parallel to the light incident surface. The plurality of light guide units is connected to each other on the light incident surface. The plurality of microstructure units are disposed corresponding to the plurality of light guide units respectively. Each of the microstructure units includes a plurality of microstructures. The invention further provides a backlight module having this light guide plate.

Light guide plate and backlight module

An electro-optical apparatus including an electronic apparatus and at least one light-emitting module is provided. The electronic apparatus has a containing area. The light-emitting module is disposed in the containing area and includes at least one light-emitting element, a taper light guide element, and a strip light guide element. The light-emitting element emits at least one beam. The taper light guide element is disposed on the transmission path of the beam and has a first end and a second end opposite to each other. The taper light guide element tapers off from the first end toward the second end. The first end is adjacent to the light-emitting element. The strip light guide element is disposed on the transmission path of the beam from the taper light guide element. The second end is adjacent to the strip light guide element. A scene apparatus is also provided.

Electro-optical apparatus and scene apparatus each having a taper light guide element

A display device includes a housing, a frame bonded to the housing, and a display module. The display module includes a back cover bonded to the frame, a light guide plate (LGP), a support element, a display panel, and an optical film set. The LGP is supported on the back cover and has a light exiting surface and an opposite back surface. At least two sides of the LGP's back surface are adhered on the back cover, and the LGP is made of glass. The support element and display panel are supported respectively on the LGP and support element. The optical film set is between the display panel and LGP. A hybrid LGP includes a first light guide sub-plates and a second light guide sub-plate. The second light guide sub-plate is stacked on and bonded to the first light guide sub-plate.

Hybrid light guide plate and display device

A backlight module includes at least one light source and a light guide plate. The light guide plate includes at least one light incident surface, a light-emitting surface, a bottom surface, a plurality of lenticular lenses and a plurality of micro dots. The light incident surface is disposed adjacent to the light source, and the light-emitting surface is connected with the light incident surface and forms an angle with the light incident surface. The bottom surface is connected with the light incident surface and disposed opposite the light-emitting surface. The lenticular lenses are arranged on the light-emitting surface in a direction substantially parallel to the light incident surface, and the micro dots are formed on at least the bottom surface. The invention provides a backlight module having high directionality of light propagation and high light-utilization efficiency.

A beam splitting film includes a light transmissive plate, a plurality of cylindrical lenticular lenses, and a plurality of strip-shaped protrusion groups. The light transmissive plate has a first surface and a second surface. The cylindrical lenticular lenses are disposed on the first surface. The strip-shaped protrusion groups are disposed on the second surface. Each of the strip-shaped protrusion groups includes at least two strip-shaped protrusions. Each of the strip-shaped protrusion groups corresponds to one of the cylindrical lenticular lenses. A distance between an orthographic projection of a geometric center of each of the strip-shaped protrusion groups on the first surface and an orthographic projection of a geometric center of the corresponding cylindrical lenticular lens on the first surface is less than ten times of a distance between the geometric centers of two adjacent cylindrical lenticular lenses. A backlight module and a stereo display apparatus are also provided.
