A stalk roll assembly for a corn harvester includes a first stalk roll having a first elongate cylinder and rotates about a first axis, and a second stalk roll has a second elongate cylinder rotates about a second axis. A third stalk roll has a third elongate cylinder, is positioned above the first stalk roll and rotates about a third axis, and a fourth stalk roll has a fourth elongate cylinder, is positioned above the second stalk roll and rotates about a fourth axis. A first plate is positioned between the first stalk roll and the third stalk roll, and a second plate is positioned between the second stalk roll and the fourth stalk roll. The first and second stalk rolls are spaced apart to separate corn ears from corn stalks.

A rotary cleaning system for a combine harvester that includes a hollow drum having a plurality of apertures along at least a portion of a length of an exterior surface of the drum, the drum having a feeding end configured to receive a harvested crop and a discharge end configured to expel chaff from the harvested crop and a guiding vane positioned in an interior of the drum, wherein one of the drum and the guiding vane is configured for rotation while the other one of the drum and the guiding vane is stationary to expel grain through the plurality of apertures in the drum. A feeding mechanism can be attached to supply the crop to the hollow drum. A fan can be attached to the rotary cleaning system to generate an air flow stream. A plurality of fingers can be positioned in the drum.

An agricultural harvesting machine comprises a path processing system that obtains a predicted crop yield at a plurality of different field segments along a harvester path on a field, and obtains field data corresponding to one or more of the field segments generated based on sensor data as the agricultural harvesting machine is performing a crop processing operation. A yield correction factor is generated based on the received field data and the predicted crop yield at the one or more field segments. Based on applying the yield correction factor to the predicted crop yield, a georeferenced probability metric is generated indicative of a probability that the harvested crop repository will reach the fill capacity at a particular geographic location along the field. A control signal generator generates a control signal to control the agricultural harvesting machine based on the georeferenced probability metric.

An agricultural machine configured to be operated by an operator and including a drive mechanism having a drive shaft and a gear assembly for driving an agricultural implement. The agricultural machine includes a slip clutch that has an outer sleeve operatively coupled to the gear assembly, an inner sleeve positioned within the outer sleeve and coupled to and rotatable with the drive shaft, a plurality of torque-transfer members positioned between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve and configured to selectively couple the inner sleeve to the outer sleeve, and a position sensor in communication with one of the plurality of torque-transfer members and configured to output a signal in response to radial displacement of the one torque-transfer member being detected. The agricultural machine includes a control unit in communication with the position sensor and configured to alter an operating parameter of the machine in response to receiving the signal.

The rotor assembly has a rotating portion defined along a rotation axis, a surrounding assembly at least partially surrounding the rotating portion, the surrounding assembly having at least one separation grate coupled to a support. The support defines an inner surface and has at least one interrupter receiver. The at least one interrupter receiver is selectively coupleable to an interrupter to position the interrupter radially inward of the inner surface towards the rotation axis.

A harvesting machine including a cutting head configured to provide cut crop for threshing. The harvesting machine includes a conveyer disposed adjacent to the cutting head and configured to move the cut crop to be threshed along a path. A thresher is configured to thresh the cut crop to provide threshed grain from the cut crop. A separator is disposed adjacently to the thresher and is configured to separate debris from the threshed grain. A feed accelerator is disposed between the conveyor and the thresher, wherein the feed accelerator is configured to advance the cut crop along the path from the conveyor to the thresher. A pre-threshing device is disposed adjacently to the feed accelerator, wherein the feed accelerator interacts with the pre-threshing device to provide threshed grain, and the pre-threshing device is configured to collect the threshed grain before the remaining cut crop is threshed at the thresher.
