Advantageous mounting flanges for measuring devices and related methods of use are provided. The present disclosure provides advantageous mounting flanges configured to be mounted to measuring devices/instruments (e.g., pressure or temperature measuring devices/instruments), and related methods of use. More particularly, the present disclosure provides advantageous systems/methods for the design and use of user-friendly press-on mounting flanges configured to be mounted to pressure and temperature instruments (e.g., to the case of pressure or temperature gauges) to allow the instruments to be secured to a supporting structure (e.g., to a panel) via the mounting flanges. Disclosed herein is an advantageous mounting flange configured to be mounted to a case of a measuring device/gauge, thereby allowing the measuring device/gauge to be mounted to and held in a panel via the mounting flange. As such, the gauge case mounting flange is configured to hold the measuring gauge in place in the panel.

The present disclosure provides for systems and methods for fabricating sensing and/or control device assemblies, e.g., a dual pressure switch sensing and/or control device, a dual temperature switch sensing and/or control device or the like. More particularly, the present disclosure provides for systems and methods for fabricating sensing and/or control device assemblies (e.g., dual switch sensing and/or control device assemblies) with adjustment features and/or functionalities for switch calibration and/or adjustment. The present disclosure also provides for a measuring device system having a first fitting that includes a stem, a second fitting that defines an opening sized to receive the first fitting, where the second fitting also defines an abutment face, wherein the second fitting is positioned around the first fitting with the abutment face abutting an outward end of the first fitting, and where at least one weld secures the first fitting to the second fitting.

Pressure measurement may be achieved by using a pressure-conveyance media that responds to externally applied pressure to convey pressure to a pressure sensor. With the conveyance of pressure, the pressure measurement may be accomplished by determining a pressure of the pressure-conveyance media, determining a temperature of the pressure-conveyance media, and determining pressure externally exerted on the pressure-conveyance media based one the pressure of the pressure-conveyance media and the temperature of the pressure-conveyance media.

A pressure instrument may include a seal connection connecting a pressure gauge to a process. A pressure sensor located in a base of the seal connection is in data communication with the pressure gauge that is spaced apart from the pressure sensor. Embodiments are particularly applicable on sanitary seal connections or where a low measuring range or high accuracy is required. Embodiments can include, for example, digital pressure gauges, pressure transducers and transmitters with any seal connection.
