Multiple video segments may be obtained from a repository of video segments. A selection of a video segment from the multiple video segments may be received. The selected video segment may be presented at a first resolution via a display. A selection of a point in time during presentation of the video segment may be received to extract a frame set from the video segment at or near the selected point in time. The frame set may include multiple frames, including one frame corresponding to the selected point in time, and other frames that correspond to points in time adjacent to the selected point in time. A selection of a single frame within the frame set may be received. The single frame may be received having a second resolution. The second resolution may be higher than the first resolution. The single frame may be presented via the display.

Systems and methods for providing access to still images derived from a video

A system and method for facilitating contextual game notifications and smart action options for one or more online games. Occurrence information regarding occurrences in the virtual space in which an online game takes place may be received. Notifications for presentation on a client computing platform may be generated in response to a determination that a given user is not participating in the online game through any client game application. One or more action options for presentation in association with the notification may be determined. A user may accept one or more action options without launching the client game application. In response to a user accepting the one or more action options, corresponding action requests for executing actions within the virtual space may be received and executed within the virtual space without launching the client game application.

Facilitating contextual game notifications and smart action options

A system and method for determining and executing actions in an online game. An instance of an online game may be executed and participation of the users in the online game may be facilitated through a client game application implemented on the client computing platforms. The gameplay of the users may be monitored in the instance of the online game to determine gameplay information. User accounts comprising user information, which may include gameplay information and/or user presence information, may be managed. Occurrences in the online game may be identified. One or more actions to be executed in the online game may be determined. The actions may be determined based on the gameplay information and/or in response to the occurrences identified. The one or more determined actions may be executed in the online game without launching the client game application.

System and method for determining and executing actions in an online game

This disclosure relates to systems and methods that generate highlights for a video. A video may be accessed. Criteria for identifying a moment of interest within the video based on a user interaction with a portion of the video may be obtained. Interaction information indicating the user interaction with the portion of the video may be received. The interaction information for the portion of the video may be compared with the criteria. Responsive to the interaction information for the portion of the video indicating the user interaction with the portion of the video satisfying the criteria, a moment in the video corresponding to the portion of the video may be associated with the moment of interest.
