The present invention discloses a staple cartridge assembly and a medical stapler using the staple cartridge assembly. A first jaw is provided with a limiting portion; a cutter is provided with a securing portion; when a firing block is located at a proximal end of a staple cartridge assembly, a cutting push rod drives the cutter and the firing block together to move; when the firing block is located at the distal end of the staple cartridge assembly, a driving mechanism drives the cutter and the first jaw to move relative to each other; and the limiting portion and the securing portion resist against each other to restrict the cutter from continuing moving toward the distal end of the staple cartridge assembly. As a result, doctors can be effectively prevented from closing the stapler when the replacement of the fired staple cartridge assembly is not completed.

The present invention provides a tissue closure device, comprising: a first and a second clamping base which form a cavity there between for accommodating a tubular tissue; and a pouch assembly comprises: a tying band provided with a first free end and a second free end; a first tying band buckle which is arranged adjacent to the first free end in an initial state; a second tying band buckle arranged adjacent to the second free end in an initial state, wherein the second tying band buckle is buckled with the first tying band buckle after the first and the second clamping base are closed; and a first driving mechanism which enables the first and the second tying band buckle to move synchronously after the first and the second tying band buckle are buckled and then cooperate with the tying band to gather the tubular tissue into a pouch.

The present invention provides a tissue closure device, comprising: a first clamping base and a second clamping base which may be opened/closed relatively and form an accommodation cavity after being closed; and a pouch assembly which may be driven to move in the accommodation cavity, wherein: the pouch assembly comprises a staple pusher, a pair of needle heads movably connected to the staple pusher, and a connection portion connected to the proximal ends of the pair of needle heads; and when the staple pusher moves from the proximal end to the distal end, the pair of needle heads pushes a tubular tissue located in the accommodation cavity to the distal end until the distal ends of the pair of needle heads are closed to close the tubular tissue into a purse string. A bundled purse string with a gathered center may be formed through the tissue closure device.

Suturing and cutting apparatus for endoscopic surgery

A linear cutting stapler comprising an upper jaw and a lower jaw capable of being closed or open relative to each other. The upper jaw includes an anvil and the lower jaw includes a staple cartridge frame. The proximal end of the anvil is provided with a positioning pin or a pin slot, and the proximal end of the staple cartridge frame is configured with a pin slot or a positioning pin. Wherein, the pin slot is engaged with said positioning pin, and the positioning pin comprises a first slot position and a second slot position relative to the pin slot. After the upper jaw and the lower jaw are open, the positioning pin is held in the second slot position, by this time the operator can lift up the whole stapler by holding upper jaw or lower jaw, which is convenient for re-locating the tissue and simplifies the operations.

Linear cutting stapler

A linear stapling and severing apparatus comprises upper and lower jaws, the lower jaw comprises a staple cartridge holder, a staple cartridge is arranged on the staple cartridge holder in a detachable way, and a cutter us movably arranged inside the staple cartridge. The apparatus also comprises a safety piece installed on the staple cartridge in an upper-and-down movable way. The cutter comprises a slot and a butting part. When the cutter is located are a near end of the staple cartridge and in a non-locked state, the safety piece prevents the safety piece from entering the slot. The cutter can complete a stapling and severing process. When the cutter goes back to the near end it is in a locked state, the safety piece is located at a second position that is clamped inside the slot to restrict movement of the cutter.

A loading unit assembly used for a linear surgical stapler, which includes a staple cartridge frame and a knife driver beam. The knife driver beam has a movable safety block defined on a surface of a proximal end thereof, and a protrusion is correspondingly defined on the staple cartridge frame. When the loading unit assembly is at its initial position, a front surface at a distal end of the safety block engages with the protrusion to stop a movement of the knife driver beam and the safety block. When the loading unit assembly is at its working position, the safety block is relatively separated from the protrusion.

A linear surgical stapler includes upper and lower jaws, a staple cartridge arranged at a distal end of the lower jaw, a firing piece movably arranged relative to the staple cartridge, and a cutter advancer having a cutter. The firing piece and the cutter advancer are kept relatively still. The linear surgical stapler also includes a lower safety block having a raised stopper. When the linear surgical stapler is in an initial state without loading the staple cartridge, at least a part of the raised stopper is arranged on the movement path of the firing piece. The safety mechanism of the linear surgical stapler is structurally simple, convenient to process, also safe and reliable.

The linear cutting stapler has a simple structure, can be easily fabricated, and is safe and reliable.
