A method for realizing high-speed cladding of hollow offset-focus annual laser. The method includes the following steps: dividing laser into annual light, and forming an offset-focus annual light spot after the annual light is focused, which acts on a surface of a matrix; during cladding for the surface of the matrix, selecting laser parameters according to different materials; after every cladding, making a shift by 20-80% of the diameter of the light spot in a vertical direction of a scanning speed of the laser; in the cladding process, selecting shielding gas for protection, and blowing the shielding gas to the molten powder in the air to spray the molten powder in air towards the surface of the matrix at a certain speed so that the cladding layer and the matrix are bonded firmly, and cladding the surface of the matrix to form a coating layer.

The present invention provides an underwater acoustic target ranging method based on feature extraction and a neural network, including: acquiring underwater acoustic signals transmitted by an underwater acoustic target at different distances, dividing data by seconds, and using data of one second as one sample; performing framing on each sample; and separately calculating a zero-crossing rate of a time domain waveform, the second, fifth, and eighth coefficients of MFCC, a spectral centroid, a spectral skewness, a spectral entropy, and a spectral sharpness for each frame of data of each sample. Including: transporting a metal or alloy powder beam by an inert carrier gas to move on a machined surface with a focused laser beam; and forming at least one layer of inert protective gas at the outer periphery of the metal or alloy powder beam. The inert protective gas includes first inert protective gas, and the first inert protective gas is at the outer periphery of the focused laser beam. The problems of limited size, high cost and difficulty in moving a cladding and forming system and the like during part forming are solved by forming the inert protective gas at the outer periphery of the focused laser beam. Compared with the prior art, the convenient, fast and economical method is provided for on-site part forming and repair.
