A nail gun structure includes a gun body, a clamp set and a pneumatic driving set. The gun body has a trigger for shooting a nail. The clamp set is assembled with the gun body. The clamp set has a driven base and a clamp base. The clamp base pivots relative to the driven base. A stacked board is positioned on the clamp base. The pneumatic driving set is disposed between the gun body and the clamp set. The pneumatic driving set communicates with an air pressure source. The trigger moves along with the pneumatic driving set. Under this arrangement, when a user pulls the trigger, the pneumatic driving set drives the clamp base to pivot, so that the stacked boards are clamped between the clamp base and the driven base; thereafter, the nail is shot and nailed on the stacked board.

Nail gun structure

A trigger assembly for switching one shoot mode or repeat shoot mode includes a trigger, a switch, a fixing element, a trigger plate and a torsion spring. When a user wants to switch the shoot modes of the nail gun, the user turns the switch so that the fixing element moves along the curved track of the switch and the fixing element drives the trigger plate to move on a protrusion or on a through hole simultaneously. After the user presses the trigger, the trigger plate is resisted by the protrusion so that the nail gun is in one shoot mode. In addition, when the trigger plate is vibrating on the through hole, the nail gun is in repeat shoot mode.

Trigger assembly for switching one shoot mode or repeat shoot mode

A magazine with a positioning device for a nail gun includes a magazine that has a nail loading port on one end thereof, and a gliding part that has a protruding part and a locking part. The magazine has fixing parts, penetrating parts and a stopping part. The gliding device has a nail storing part and is inserted into the receiving chamber. The gliding device is fixed by a positioning device, so that the gliding device will not depart from the magazine due to the bounce motion while nailing, and the protruding part and the locking part of the gliding device are not easy to get abrasion. The objectives of providing the operator a safe and secured working environment, prolonging the lifetime of the gliding device and securing the gliding device in position will be attained.
