A button module with vibration feedback and fingerprint sensing, a fingerprint sensing module for the same, and a control method for the same are provided. The fingerprint sensing module has a fingerprint sensing unit stacked on a vibration unit. When the fingerprint sensing module detects a fingerprint, the control unit or a host of an electronic device determines whether the fingerprint is authenticated. If it is not authenticated, the vibration unit is activated, so that the user realizes that the authentication is not passed in real time through the vibration. Then the user may quickly change another finger or move the finger's position to speed up the authentication process. This can prevent users from waiting to improve user experience.

A touchpad and a sending unit for the same are provided. The sensing unit has two electrode layers and a separation assembly. The separation assembly has multiple deformation rooms and multiple gap assemblies. The deformation rooms communicate with the gap assemblies. The gap assemblies communicate with the exterior environment. When the upper electrode layer is pressed and deforms in the deformation rooms, the air in the deformation rooms is discharged through the gap assemblies so that the air does not accumulate in the remaining unstressed spaces to avoid resistance and to maintain the normal operation of the force sensing function.

A liquid detecting method and controller for a capacitive touch pad are disclosed. The method includes performing a first mutual capacitance measurement of sensing points of the capacitive touch pad to obtain multiple first sensing values, and then performing a second mutual capacitance measurement of the sensing points to obtain multiple second sensing values, wherein the first and the second mutual capacitance measurements using different frequency of driving signals or different sensing periods for sensing the multiple sensing points. According to the multiple first sensing values and the second sensing values, whether there is liquid on the capacitive touch pad can be determined.

The processor is electrically connected to the touch panel, and is configured to detect a first touched region and a second touched region of the touch panel. The processor is further configured to identify one of the first touched region and the second touched region as being touched by a major input object and the other one as being touched by a non-major input object according to a ratio of a moving velocity to a touch area of each of the first and second touched regions.
