A connector fixing structure having a transmission plug and an adapter plug; wherein the transmission plug is respectively set with a first magnetic element, a guide slot, and a positioning groove; and the adapter plug is respectively set with a signal jack, a second magnetic element, a protruding block, and a resilient piece at the positions of the connection section. The first plug of small size set in the transmission plug can electrically connected with the signal jack. And, the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element can be mutually adsorbed, the protruding block can be mutually combined, and the positioning groove can be mutually engaged with the resilient piece. Therefore, the multi-point stable combination between the transmission plug and the adapter plug is achieved. It also enables the first plug to perform the connection ability after the second plug penetrates through the fitting hole of smaller size.

Connector fixing structure

The present disclosure includes an optical assembly position adjustment device. An embodiment of the optical assembly position adjustment device includes a base and at least one housing. The base includes an upper side and a lateral side. The upper side allows the setting of at least one optoelectronic device, and the lateral includes a first position adjustment structure. The at least one housing includes an interior side including a second position adjustment structure. The second position adjustment structure matches the first position adjustment structure for combination. In addition, the at least one housing includes an optical input/output window for optical transmission. The distance between the optical input/output window and the upper side can be adjusted by the increase or decrease of a contact area between the first and second position adjustment structures.

Optical assembly position adjustment device

An optical transceiver includes a main board, a fiber joint, a circuit board, a transfer board, metal traces, photoelectric elements, a lens set, a connection base, and an amplifier. The fiber joint is coupled to the lens set and connection base for positioning plural optical fibers. The connection base is coupled to the main board, and the circuit board is electrically connected to the main board. The transfer board is disposed between the fiber joint and circuit board. Each of the metal traces is arranged on both of two neighboring surfaces of the transfer board. The photoelectric elements are respectively coupled to metal traces on the surface of the transfer board facing the fiber joint, and axially aim to the optical fibers, respectively. The amplifier electrically connects the circuit board and the photoelectric elements via the metal traces.

Optical transceiver

The present invention discloses an optical connector comprising a first connector and a second connector. The first connector includes: a first space to accommodate a first fiber joint and a part of a first optical transmission line; a first front opening to expose a first signal transmission interface of the first fiber joint; a first rear opening through which the first optical transmission line connects with the first fiber joint; and a first fastening. The second connector includes: a second space to accommodate a second fiber joint and a part of a second optical transmission line; a second front opening to expose a second signal transmission interface of the second fiber joint; a second rear opening through which the second optical transmission line connects with the second fiber joint; and a second fastening to be fixed to the first fastening in a nondestructive detachable way.

Optical connector, optical transmission device and assembly method for optical transmission device

The present invention discloses an optical sub-assembly (OSA) comprising: a base; at least one photoelectric component; and a housing. The base includes an alignment part including an upper surface and a side surface; the side surface includes a first surface and a second surface; and the first and second surfaces have different curvatures and/or constitute a discontinuous surface. Said photoelectric component is set upon the upper surface for optically connecting to a fiber. Said housing includes a window and an interior surface in which the window is for inserting the fiber, and the interior surface is for defining an accommodation room and includes a third surface and a fourth surface. The accommodation room is capable of containing at least some of the alignment part; meanwhile, the third surface closely meets the first surface and the fourth surface closely meets the second surface.
