The present disclosure provides an automatic locking screw machine, which includes an automatic separating module, an automatic feeding module, and an automatic locking module. The automatic separating module separates a plurality of screws arranged in an array. The automatic feeding module is connected to the automatic separating module, and includes a feeding duct for conveying the screws separated by the automatic separating module. The automatic locking module is connected to the automatic feeding module, and includes a first spring ball mechanism and a screwdriver. The first spring ball mechanism supports the screws conveyed by the feeding duct, and the screwdriver locks the screws supported by the first spring ball mechanism onto a workpiece.

The present invention provides a method and a system for image identification and identification result output, which determines a location coordinate with respect to an image and a rotating angle based on at least one direction of the image according to features of the image. The image is compared to a plurality of sample images stored in a database according to the rotating angle so as to obtain at least one identification result. By means of the method and the system of the present invention, identification can be achieved with respect to various rotating angles and distances so as to improve the identification rate.

By sorting the similarity index with respect to each feature forming the identification marks, it is capable of outputting many sets of combinations corresponding to the identification marks so as to improve speed for targeting suspected carrier and enhance the identification efficiency.

A method and system for forming a surrounding seamless bird-view image by processing a plurality of surrounding images associated with a carrier captured by different imaging devices is provided in the present invention. During the process, the surrounding images are converted into corresponding bird-images respectively and then an overlapping area corresponding to each two adjacent bird-view images is determined. After that, distances between the pixel in the overlapping area and the boundary of the overlapping area in each adjacent bird-view image is calculated so as to determine a weighting value for each corresponding pixel in each adjacent bird-view image thereby forming an overlapping image, wherein each pixel in the overlapping image is determined according to the weighting value and information of the corresponding pixel in each adjacent image. After determining the overlapping image for each two adjacent bird-view image, it is capable of forming the surrounding seamless bird-view image.

A cleaning device with sweeping and vacuuming functions includes a body accommodating a sweep module and a vacuum module. A main brush and an auxiliary brush driven by a power unit are pivoted in the sweep module. The main brush partially extends outside an opening at a bottom of the sweep module and contacts a ground surface. The sweep module has an outlet adjacent to a top of the auxiliary brush, and is pivoted in the body to freely and pivotally swing under weight. A first chamber of a dust collector of the vacuum module has an inlet corresponding to the outlet, and trash removed by the sweep module is collected into the first chamber. An air inlet communicating with an air intake component is formed above a second chamber of the dust collector. A suction port is formed below the second chamber to draw dust into the second chamber.

A method for manufacturing a conductive film as well as the structure thereof and a probe card using the same are provided in the invention. The conductive film is substantially a stacked structure of a specific thickness formed by the adhering and stacking of at least a substrate in a vacuum environment by the use of surface processing and mechanical healing whereas each substrate has an array of metal micro-threads formed thereon, in which the plural metal micro-threads, each being wrapped in an insulating film, are arranged on the substrate to form the array in a unidirectional and single-layered manner by the use of a LIGA process and polymer thin film technology. In an exemplary embodiment, the insulating film can be a polymer thin film of high dielectric constant, being made of a material such as polydimethylsiloxane (PDMA) or polyimide (PI); and the metal micro-thread is made of a high conductivity and high strength Ni&#x2014;Co alloy. Moreover, the so-formed conductive film can be cut into any desired dimensions by the use of an energy beam, such as laser beam, ion beam and plasma beam, etc. while combining the conductive film with a panel so as to be used for forming a probe card with large area detection ability that is low-cost, ease-to-maintain and capable of being adapted for wafers of various bonding pad arrangements.

An improved lamp fixture with anti-glare function is disclosed, which comprises: a lamp; a light source; and a light-control unit, composed of a semi-Fresnel microstructure and a light-control microstructure; wherein the light source and the light-control unit are mounted on the lamp; and the semi-Fresnel microstructure is used for diffusing/collimating light of the light source while the light-control microstructure is used for controlling the resulting lighting angle.
