A building system of a building includes one or more memory devices configured to store instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to receive building data from multiple sensors in multiple areas of the building indicating operation of the building. The instructions cause the one or more processors to calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) based on the building data and compare the KPIs to the building data. The instructions also cause the one or more processors to identify a user and a persona of the user, determine a set of KPIs relevant to the user, and generate a user interface based on the persona of the user to display the KPIs. The instructions then cause the one or more processors to present details of KPIs displayed on the user interface and options for affecting components of the building to adjust the KPIs.

System and method for showing key performance indicators

One embodiment of the present disclosure is a system. The system includes one or more memory devices having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations. The operations include: obtaining first data indicating operating parameters of a server of a building management system (BMS), obtaining second data regarding indicating operating parameters of at least one of a supervisory controller or a field controller of the BMS, obtaining third data regarding indicating operating parameters of one or more edge building devices, and calculating a performance index value for the BMS based on an aggregate of the first data, the second data, and the third data.

A method of ranking recommendations, the method comprising receiving a recommendation to improve employee productivity, the recommendation including an indication of an equipment fault, retrieving context data associated with the equipment fault, the context data including at least three of: a fault priority associated with the equipment fault, a work order status for a work order associated with the equipment fault, a priority associated with at least one of (i) a piece of equipment, (ii) a space, or (iii) an individual associated with the equipment fault, a monetary value associated with the equipment fault, or a health parameter associated with the equipment fault, calculating a score for the recommendation based on the at least three of: the fault priority, the work order status, the priority, the monetary value, or the health parameter, and performing an action based on the score using at least one of the score or the recommendation.
