An electrolyte composition including a heterocyclic compound, an electrolyte salt and a solvent is provided. The heterocyclic compound includes, in the heterocyclic ring: (a) at least two nitrogen atoms each of which is bonded to a &#x2014;Si(R)group; and (b) at least one carbonyl group (C&#x2550;O) or thiocarbonyl group (C&#x2550;S), wherein Ris a Calkyl group or an aryl group. The electrolyte composition of the present disclosure is suitable for an electrochemical device. Electrochemical devices, in particular batteries, using the electrolyte composition of else present disclosure are capable of efficiently inhibiting the moisture and acidity therein, thereby stabilizing the electrolyte salt therein, and preventing the electrolyte salt from being further decomposed and from producing hydrogen fluoride.

The present invention provides a conductive coating composition, which contains: a conductive organic polymer, a non-conductive organic compound, a solvent and optionally a curing agent; where the content of the conductive organic polymer is about 10% to about 50%, based on the total weight of the solids content in the composition. The present invention also provides a conductive film, which is formed by drying the conductive coating composition. The conductive film has a surface resistivity lower than 1000 &#x3a9;/sq and a total light transmittance greater than 80%. The conductive coating composition of the present invention can be used as an electromagnetic interference shielding material or an electrode material, and can be applied to various electronic products.

Conductive coating compositions

A passivation composition and use of the composition in a method of forming a conductive pattern are provided. The passivation composition includes an oxidizing agent, an inorganic base with a general formula M(OH)and a solvent, wherein M is a metal ion and n is the valence number of the metal ion. The method includes the following steps: (a) forming a polymer conductive layer on a substrate, wherein the polymer conductive layer is consisting of a first area and a second area. The first area is corresponding to a conductive area to be formed; and (b) passivating the second area by using the passivation composition to reduce the conductivity of the second area and form the conductive pattern on the substrate.
