A polymorph, a polymorph screening system, and a polymorph preparing and screening method are disclosed. The polymorph preparing and screening method includes the following steps: providing a plurality of substrates of different materials; causing an organic material to grow crystals on the plurality of substrates through solution-cooling crystallization process, so that a plurality of polymorphs with different characteristics are prepared; and screening the plurality of polymorphs prepared in the previous step to obtain polymorphs with desired characteristics.

The present invention discloses a co-crystal compound of optical devices. The co-crystal compound is crystallized out with hydrogen bonding by a temperature fluctuation method after mixing small organic molecules without optoelectronic properties and organic molecules having heterocyclic rings with optoelectronic properties. The photoluminescence (PL) intensity of this hydrogen-bonded co-crystal compound according to the present invention can vary with a variety of the small organic molecules without optoelectronic properties, so as to modulate the PL intensity.

Co-crystal compound of optical device

A sucrose of a conformational polymorph and its manufacturing method are disclosed. The sucrose is a Form II sucrose having a melting point of 140-180&#xb0; C., and furfuryl alcohol is added into a saturated sucrose solution by a reverse solution method, such that the saturated solution is recrystallized to form a new sucrose. The sucrose of this conformational polymorph has a melting point lower than the melting point of a general Form I sucrose, and the solubility of the Form II sucrose is different from the solubility of the Form I sucrose. Thus the Form II sucrose can be used as an excipient of medicines, sacrificial fiber blood vessel network structure for cell cultivations, or the manufacture of an optical interference wavy device. Since the hydrogen bonds in the molecular structure of the Form II sucrose and the Form I sucrose are different, the mechanoluminescence of the sucrose is affected.

Sucrose of new conformational polymorphs and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention discloses a manufacturing method for an optical device having a solvate, comprising the following steps: providing a substrate, depositing a solute on the substrate, and placing the substrate in the vapor environment of a solvent such that the solvent and the solute on the substrate form a solvate exhibiting optical properties. Furthermore, the present invention provides an optical device having a solvate, which modulates the photoluminescence (PL) intensity of the optical device via the solvate. The optical device is obtained by means of the above-described manufacturing method.

A new sucrose is obtained through the present invention. The new sucrose has a lower solubility and a lower melting point. Thus, the new sucrose has a higher stability. The new sucrose obtained through the present invention can be used as an added functionality excipient of drug in pharmaceutical industry. And the new sucrose can also be used in sugar and food industries.

Method of obtaining conformational polymorph of sucrose

The present invention fabricates mesocrystals of organic and organo-metallic compounds. Supersaturated solutions are made with different sums of an organic or organo-metallic compound and the organic or organo-metallic compound is added with an excipient. Through a water bath, mesocrystals are obtained from the supersaturated solutions with well-faceted nucleation and growth. Different polymorphisms are induced with different ratios of enantiomers. And the dissolution rate for fabricating the API is enhanced.
