A children's toy with touch interactivity. The children's toy generally includes a user input panel and one or more touch sensors. The user input panel may be formed from a natural organic material such as wood. The toy can be shaped and ornamented to resemble a toy tablet with buttons or icons incorporating images of one or more animals and configured to play animal sounds or information about the animals in response to user input applied to the user input panel and sensed by the touch sensors.

A simple and environment-friendly production equipment for carbon nano-materials includes a power source and an AC/DC rectifier. A vacuum device for producing the carbon nano-materials is connected with two output ends of the AC/DC rectifier. An alternate current is generated by the power source and then is rectified into a direct-current power supply through the AC/DC rectifier to provide a power supply for a first graphite rod and a second graphite rod in the same direction, so as to generate a high-voltage electric arc at a junction of the first graphite rod and the second graphite rod, and plasma ionization is conducted on substances on the two graphite rods through the high-voltage electric arc, so that carbon atoms in the two graphite rods are decomposed, and carbon nano-materials are separated out and collected into a collector through a cover.

Systems and methods for driving a pixel of a liquid crystal pixel array with a driving circuit are provided. An exemplary method includes: providing a data signal (Dm) to a storage element via the first transistor (T); and providing a ramping voltage signal (V) to a gate of a second transistor (T) of the driving circuit to control the on-off status of the second transistor (T); wherein the ramping voltage signal (V) is based on data stored at the storage element; and wherein a duration of an on-state of the second transistor (T) corresponds to a transmitting state for the pixel.
