The present invention provides a steering wheel. Among respective hooks of a module, the hooks being adapted to engage with wires which are disposed in respective opening portions of a steering wheel main body, an adjustment rib which is provided so as to be protrusive to an outer circumferential face of one side hook comes into contact with an inside face of one side opening portion, and restrains a position of such one side hook in such one side opening portion. An adjustment pin which is protrusively provided at a position different from that of the adjustment rib on the outer circumferential face of such one side hook elastically comes into contact with the inside face of such one side opening portion by the adjustment rib coming into contact with the inside face of such one side opening portion.

[Technical Problem] The invention is to provide a method for manufacture of an ultrafine conductor having sufficient electrical conductivity, and enhanced strength and stretch properties while suppressing manufacture cost, the same ultrafine conductor, as well as a material suited for the same ultrafine conductor. An airbag includes: an upper base cloth having a rear face portion, both side portions supporting the rear face portion, and an upper face portion; and a lower base cloth having a rear face portion, both side portions supporting the rear face portion, and a bottom face portion. In the construction, joining portion of the upper base cloth and joining portion of lower base cloth are joined to each other to form a bag-shaped airbag, so that two joining lines between the rear face portion of the lower base cloth and each of the both side portions of the lower base cloth are smoothly curved in such a manner that middle portions of the two joining lines project towards the occupant, thereby forming a bulging portion at the rear face portion of the lower base cloth.

Airbag

An air bag device mounted on a steering wheel comprises a holding unit connected to a boss portion of the steering wheel. An inflater is held by the holding unit. The inflater includes a gas ejection portion. First and second fabrics have peripheral portions sewed together to constitute a bag structure. A gas inlet opening is formed in the first fabric. The gas inlet opening has the gas ejection portion of the inflater passed therethrough, so that the gas inlet opening is exposed to the interior of the bag structure. A third fabric is smaller in size than the first and second fabrics. The third fabric is installed in the bag structure in a manner to cover over the gas ejection portion of the inflater. A plurality of sewed points are provided by which the first and third fabrics are sewed together. A plurality of gas flow passages are provided between the first and third fabrics. Each gas flow passage is defined between neighboring two of the sewed points. A vent opening extends through one of the sewed points to provide a communication between a major portion of the interior of the bag structure and the outside of the same.

Air bag device

An arrangement includes a fixing device for a steering wheel that is mounted to a boss of the steering wheel to press the boss in a first direction of engaging the steering wheel with a steering shaft and is engaged with an annular groove of the steering shaft. A pressing device is mounted to the boss to press the steering shaft in a second direction opposite to the first direction so as to release the steering wheel from the steering shaft.

Even if an air bag apparatus (,) is actuated in a situation where the occupant is at an out of the ordinary position, such that the occupant is in contact with the air bag apparatus (,), the invention ensures the reduction of the pressure applied to the occupant.
