A current generation supply circuit which supplies drive currents corresponding to digital signals for a plurality of loads comprising a current generation circuit which supplies output currents to the loads as the drive currents comprising a reference voltage generation circuit in which reference current having a constant current value is supplied and generates reference voltages based on the reference current; a drive current generation circuit which generates the output currents having current value ratios corresponding to the digital signals relative to the reference current based on the reference voltages; and a characteristic control circuit which sets the ratio of the output currents relative to the reference current. The characteristic control circuit sets the ratio of the output currents for the loads relative to the reference current in a plurality of stages or set so that the ratio of the output currents relative to the reference current can be altered for each of every load depending on the setting of the drive characteristic for each load.

Current generation supply circuit and display device

A reading apparatus has a sensor unit which is arranged on a substrate to read an object to be detected, a driver circuit unit which is arranged on the substrate to supply a drive signal for driving the sensor unit, and a static electricity protection portion, which is formed to cover at least a portion of the upper surface of the driver circuit unit, and at least a portion of which has electrical conductivity.

Reading apparatus

A liquid crystal display device includes a plurality of wires provided in a display region on a substrate, a plurality of display elements provided at each of the plurality of wires, a dummy wire provided in a non-display region on the substrate, and a dummy element connected to the dummy wire so that the parasitic capacitance at the dummy wire is equal to that at each of the plurality of wires.

Electric circuit

In a liquid crystal display device using color filters, the area of each of color filters arranged on the inner surface of one of substrates in correspondence with the pixel areas is set to be smaller than that of each pixel area to form non-colored light exit areas, and color pixels are displayed with non-colored light which is not transmitted through the color filters and colored light which is transmitted through the color filters. Since high-luminance color pixels are displayed with these colored light and non-colored light, the screen can be made brighter. The liquid crystal display device further includes a reflecting member for reflecting external light incident from the front side of the device and transmitted through the liquid crystal layer toward the front side. In addition, in the liquid crystal display device, reflecting films for reflecting light incident from the front side of the device toward the front side are arranged on the inner surface of the front-side substrate in correspondence with the areas between the respective pixel areas, thereby making the portions between the respective pixel areas bright and further increasing the overall brightness of the screen.
