A seal structure for a gas turbine blade including a shank including a first side surface, a second side surface, and a bottom surface located radially inward from a fin. The first side surface has a recess movably housing a wedge seal, and a slot on the bottom surface as an insertion opening for a spline seal. The second side surface has a slot on the bottom surface as the insertion opening. The recess has an inclined surface extending straight radially inward and away from the first side surface. The wedge seal includes a wedge portion including a first wedge surface to be opposed to the inclined surface and a second wedge surface to be opposed to the second side surface of the adjacent rotor blade to form a wedge together with the wedge surface, and a weight portion positioned radially inward in the recess from the wedge portion.

Seal structure for gas turbine rotor blade

An environmental resistant coating member includes a SiC long fiber-reinforced ceramics substrate and an environmental barrier coating layer provided on the whole surface of the SiC long fiber-reinforced ceramics substrate. The environmental barrier coating layer includes a SiAlON bonding layer laminated on the SiC long fiber-reinforced ceramics substrate, a mullite layer laminated on the SiAlON bonding layer, a reaction inhibition layer laminated on the mullite layer, and a gradient layer formed on the reaction inhibition layer that gradually changes from a rare-earth disilicate to a rare-earth monosilicate. The reaction inhibition layer includes at least one of an alumina layer, a garnet layer, and a rare-earth (mono)silicate layer. When the reaction inhibition layer includes two or more of these layers, the layers are formed in the order of the alumina layer, the garnet layer, and the rare-earth (mono)silicate layer from a mullite layer side toward a gradient layer side.

Environmental resistant coating member

A guiding surface expanding to the outer circumferential side from the upstream side toward the downstream side is formed on the support section, a guided surface expanding to the outer circumferential side from the upstream side toward the downstream side is formed at an end portion on the outer circumferential side of the shielding member, and the shielding member covers a gap between the disc and the turbine blade in the fitting section in a state in which the guided surface abuts against the guiding surface at least when the disc is rotationally driven.
