A teaching system configured to teach operation to a plurality of robots includes a first controlling device which determines whether a first robot and a second robot are in an enabled state where the first and second robots are permitted to operate, and when the first controlling device determines as in the enabled state, the first controlling device transmits an enable signal indicative of permitting the second robot to operate and enables the first robot to be taught the operation when a teaching terminal specifies the first robot. When a second controlling device receives the enable signal from the first controlling device and the teaching terminal specifies the second robot, the second controlling device enables the second robot to be taught the operation.

Teaching system

A control device controls non-excitation-actuated electromagnetic brake operation. The control device includes an electronic component having a characteristic that when an inter-terminal voltage of two electrodes is equal to or higher than a predetermined voltage, a resistance value is lower than when the voltage is lower than the voltage and a diode disposed such that a cathode is on a side having a higher potential than an anode. The coil in the non-excitation-actuated electromagnetic brake and the electronic component are connected in series to form a first series circuit, the first series circuit and the diode are connected in parallel, and the electronic component is connected in series with the coil provided in the non-excitation-actuated electromagnetic brake so as not to be conducted when the inter-terminal voltage is lower than the predetermined voltage, but to be conducted when the inter-terminal voltage becomes equal to or higher than the predetermined voltage.

Control device for non-excitation-actuated electromagnetic brake, multi-brake system, robot, and medical robot system

A robot controller is a controller configured to control a motor of a robot and includes: a housing accommodating a heat generating part that generates heat; a vent hole that is open on a wall of the housing; a fan configured to supply air, introduced through the vent hole into the housing, to the heat generating part; and a lid part configured to cover the vent hole.

Robot controller

A controller includes: a casing having a rectangular solid shape and including a front panel including an intake port, a rear panel including a discharge port and opposed to the front panel, and a heat transfer wall including an opening portion and perpendicular to the front panel and the rear panel; a fan inside the casing that sucks outside air into the casing through the intake port and supply the air to the inside of the casing; a regenerative resistor inside the casing at a position where the regenerative resistor is exposed to the outside through the opening portion of the heat transfer wall, the regenerative resistor being insertable and detachable through the opening portion; electronic parts inside the casing and including a servo amplifier which makes the regenerative resistor consume electric power; and a lid body detachably attached to the heat transfer wall to seal the opening portion.

Controller

A control device of a robot system including a plurality of robots having servo motors of a plurality of axes. The control device includes a plurality of controllers each having a plurality of servo amplifiers that drives the servo motors of the plurality of axes of the robots, and a control unit that controls the plurality of servo amplifiers. The control unit determines a driving number of the servo motors of the plurality of axes in accordance with the robots connected to the controllers, and sets a parameter for the servo amplifiers that drive the axes of the servo motors of a number corresponding to the determined driving number.

Control device for robot system

A control device includes a casing and a control circuit substrate arranged inside the casing. The control circuit substrate includes: a control circuit mounted on the control circuit substrate; an internal connector connectable to a communication cable inside the casing, the communication cable being connected to an expansion circuit substrate; and an external connector connectable to another communication cable outside the casing, the another communication cable being connected to another expansion circuit substrate. The control circuit is connected to the internal connector and the external connector in parallel.

Control device

A casing that can be compatible with plural types of substrates and a method for mounting a substrate to a casing are provided. The casing includes, in the inside of the casing, a substrate support portion and a substrate support body. The substrate support portion has a first support portion that can support a first substrate at a first substrate support position in the casing. The substrate support body has a second support portion that can support a second substrate at the first substrate support position.

A communication system, first and second device-side connectors and cable-side connectors are configured such that, when the first device-side and first cable-side connector are connected to each other, a communication line connection portion of the first device-side connector and the first cable-side connector are connected to each other, and when the second device-side and second cable-side connector are connected to each other, a communication line connection portion of the second device-side connector and second cable-side connector are connected to each other, and a valid/invalid switching circuit is configured to: in a case where the first and second cable-side connectors are connected to the first and second device-side connectors, respectively, render a connection of a termination resistor to a pair of conductors of an internal communication line invalid; and in other cases, render the connection of the termination resistor to the pair of conductors of the internal communication line valid.

Communication system

The system has a converter for converting an AC current into a DC current, an inverter for inverting the DC power supplied from the converter into an AC power, a servo control device for controlling a drive of a servo motor, and a resistance regenerating circuit for consuming a regenerative energy. The servo control device has a plurality of motor control portions for enabling a plurality of servo motors to be controlled and a plurality of control port portions corresponding to a plurality of motor control portions. At least one of the plurality of motor control portions is configured so that a power supply regenerating control function portion and a control function portion for the servo motor can be switched. The robot control system capable of suppressing the increase of the development cost and adding the power supply regenerating function can be provided.

Robot control system

A plurality of motors, which drive plurality of axes of multi-axis robot, respectively; plurality of power converters, which control operation of plurality of motors, respectively, by supplying and controlling electric power to plurality of motors; drive circuits, each of which drives first semiconductor switching elements included in a corresponding one of power converters by outputting drive signals to control terminals of first semiconductor switching elements in accordance with control signals for controlling operation of the motors; shut-off circuit provided at non-end position in an electrical path, through which first operating power is supplied to drive circuits; and shut-off control circuit, which outputs shut-off signals to shut-off circuit. The shut-off circuit includes second semiconductor switching elements, which are inserted in an electrical path in series to each other, second semiconductor switching elements turning off in accordance with shut-off signals, respectively, to shut off the electrical path.
