A power generation system management apparatus has: range information management means for managing a condition determination power output range corresponding to a range in which a power output at a predetermined measurement point of the power generation system is to be included with a predetermined probability or higher, the condition determination power output range being determined based on a standard deviation of a plurality of model construction power output values, which is calculated using a representative value of the power output at the measurement point and the model construction power output values, the representative value being calculated from a pseudo system model that is created with a non-parametric method using the plurality of model construction power output values.

Electrical and optical hybrid board and manufacturing method of the same

An electrical and optical hybrid film having high resistance to bending. The electrical and optical hybrid film has an optical waveguide film and an electrical wiring film on the optical waveguide film. The electrical and optical hybrid film has, between its opposite ends, a separated section where the electrical wiring film and the optical waveguide film are not secured to each other. The optical waveguide film has, at the separated section, a slit extending in the longitudinal direction, and the slit penetrates the optical waveguide film.

An optical waveguide film and an electrical and optical hybrid circuit film having a high durability for folding while keeping the core size of the optical waveguide at a desired level are provided. The optical waveguide film is flexible, having a core made of a resin that composes an optical waveguide, a clad made of a resin, and a hollow groove extending in the same direction in which the core extends wherein at least at a portion of the optical waveguide film is folded so that the folding axis intersects with the core-extending direction at the portion. The films can contribute to the miniaturization of electronic devices.

Optical waveguide film and photoelectric film

The present invention is to provide an optical circuit board enabling the easy alignment of the positions of a core of an optical pin with the positions of a core of an optical waveguide layer with a simple structure. The optical circuit board comprises an optical wiring layer () having optical waveguides () and the optical pin () is inserted into a hole () formed in the optical wiring layer and cutting a part of the optical waveguide. The optical pin comprises a core () and a clad, and first recesses () are formed in one of its outer surfaces. Projections () used as guides for positioning the optical pin together with the recesses are formed on one of the wall surfaces of the hole.

The optical waveguide has a core and a cladding layer, and a wall surface, which is formed by cutting out at least a part of the core in a thickness direction of the core through irradiation of a laser beam and crosses at least a part of the core, which is a specular surface.

A polymer optical waveguide includes a lower cladding layer of a polymer resin which has a recess and projection transferred from a mold provided with a recess and projection for forming a core portion of the optical waveguide by applying a polymer in molten state or in solution on the mold, and curing the polymer by ultraviolet rays or by heat, and stripping the cured polymer from the mold in a liquid. The cured polymer can be easily stripped from the mold, which allows the mass manufacturing of polymer optical waveguides having various film thicknesses.
