An additive manufacturing apparatus includes a chamber, a material layer former, an inert gas supplier, and a material supply unit. The material supply unit includes a material tank, a transporter, and a sieve. The material tank stores material. The transporter transports the material discharged from the chamber and the material tank to the highest level of a conveyance route of the material. The sieve is provided below the transporter and above the chamber, removes impurities from the material sent from the transporter and then discharge the material downward to replenish the material layer former with the material.

Additive manufacturing apparatus

An additive manufacturing apparatus includes a chamber, a material layer former, and a guide member. The material layer former includes a base on which a molding region is present, a recoater head that moves on the base in a horizontal direction while discharging material, and a blade that levels the material to form a material layer. The guide member includes a feed chute that is configured to enable the material to be flowed, a shaft that is provided to shut a lower end portion of the feed chute and has a through hole, and a rotary actuator that rotates the shaft. The discharge of the material is switched to an on- or off-state by rotating the shaft.

A lamination molding apparatus capable of stably supplying material powder on a molding table. Provided is a lamination molding apparatus including a chamber, a recoater head, and a recoater head driving mechanism. The chamber covers a molding region. The recoater head comprises a material case and is configured to be moved so as to form a material powder layer. The material case includes a case outlet for discharging the material powder and a pair of inclined side surfaces arranged with the case outlet interposed therebetween. The inclined side surfaces are inclined toward the case outlet so that inclination angles between a horizontal plane and the inclined side surfaces are different from each other. The recoater head driving mechanism includes a motor and a control unit, and the control unit is configured to vibrate the recoater head to facilitate discharge of the material powder.

Lamination molding apparatus

A lamination molding apparatus includes an irradiator, a processing unit, and a cooling device. The irradiator irradiates a material layer with a beam to form a solidified layer. The processing unit includes a processing head having a tool that performs processing on the solidified layer, and a processing head driver moving the processing head at least in a horizontal direction. The cooling device is provided in the processing head and cools at least a part of a solidified body including an upper surface to a predetermined cooling temperature, and the solidified body is formed by laminating the solidified layer. The cooling device includes a cooling plate having a cooling surface being cooled to the cooling temperature, and the cooling surface is in close contact with the upper surface of the solidified body in a recumbent state with the cooling surface along the horizontal direction.

A lamination molding apparatus includes a table, powder holding walls, a table driving device, a bucket, and a cover. The powder holding walls surround the table and hold material powder together with the table. The table driving device includes a linear actuator for outputting linear motion and a guide for transmitting the linear motion to the table and moving the table in a vertical direction. The bucket is disposed under the table and stores the material powder falling from between the table and the powder holding walls. The cover surrounds the table driving device between the table and the bucket. At least one portion of the linear actuator and the guide surrounded by the cover or the bucket is arranged along the vertical direction.

A lamination molding apparatus capable of supplying a material powder steadily to a recoater head, is provided. A lamination molding apparatus including a chamber covering a desired molding region and being filled with an inert gas having a desired concentration; a recoater head moving in the chamber to supply a material powder on the molding region to form a material powder layer; and a material supplying unit to supply the material powder to the recoater head; wherein the recoater head includes a material holding section to hold the material powder; and a material discharging opening to discharge the material powder in the material holding section.

Three dimensional printer

An object of the present invention to provide a firefly luciferin and firefly luciferin analog that are modified to maintain luminescent activity by luciferase in a firefly bioluminescent system. In particular, it is an object of the present invention to provide a new luminescent substrate for which the emission wavelength in a firefly bioluminescent system is shifted to a longer wavelength than that of a conventional luminescent substrate. The present invention provides a luciferin in which the benzothiazole ring moiety has been modified at the 7-position, a luciferin analog in which the benzene ring moiety has been modified at the 6-position, and a luciferin analog in which the 6-(dialkylamino)-2-naphthalenyl moiety has been modified at the 5-position.

Luminescent substrate for luciferase

A rolling device in which rust development or damage on a raceway surface or rolling surface is hard to occur even if water and the like intrude is provided. A self-aligning roller bearing comprises an inner ring, an outer ring, and a plurality of rolling elementsdisposed rotatably between a raceway surfaceof the inner ringand a raceway surfaceof the outer ring. At least any one of the inner ring, the outer ring, and the rolling elementsis provided with a metal coating formed by shot peening of a powder of metal less noble than iron at least on a part of its surface.

Rolling device

A rolling bearing includes: an inner ring mounted on a shaft to be supported; an outer ring provided around an outer periphery of the inner ring; a plurality of rolling elements rolling while contacting with an inner peripheral face of the outer ring and an outer peripheral face of the inner ring at surfaces thereof; and a retainer supporting the rolling elements. A sliding resistance-reducing film is formed on at least one of a first group being an outer peripheral face of the retainer or the inner peripheral face of the outer ring and a second group being an inner peripheral face of the retainer or the outer peripheral face of the inner ring.

Rolling sliding member and rolling apparatus

The bearing rings and of a rolling bearing is formed of one kind of titanium alloys of &bgr; type titanium alloys, near &bgr; type titanium alloys and &agr;&plus;&bgr; type titanium alloys. The titanium alloy has a surface hardness of Hv 400 or more and less than Hv 600 for increasing the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the bearing ring. Spherical rolling elements rolling on the raceway surfaces and of the bearing rings and are formed of ceramics such as silicon nitride. When &bgr; type titanium alloys or &agr;&plus;&bgr; type titanium alloys after a solution treatment and applied with an oxidation treatment at a low temperature of 400 to 600&deg; C. are used as the material for the bearing ring, a bearing ring made of titanium alloy suitable to use under a circumstance requiring corrosion resistance is obtained.

Rolling apparatus

As a ball for ball bearing there is provided a ceramics-coated ball made of a steel having almost the same linear thermal expansion coefficient as that of the bearing ring of the ball bearing and coated with a ceramics material. In this arrangement, even when the temperature during bearing assembly and the working temperature differs from each other, the release of preload or excessive preload can be prevented as in ceramics ball because the bearing and the ball can expand or shrink in the same manner. Further, since the ball and the bearing ring contact with each other via the ceramics layer, fretting abrasion can be prevented, making it possible to obtain excellent running performance and acoustic properties.
