According to one embodiment, a nanocarbon producing apparatus includes a heating vessel which provides a reducing atmosphere therein, a heating source disposed on an outer circumference of the heating vessel, a hydrocarbon injection nozzle disposed on an upstream side of the heating vessel for spraying hydrocarbon into the heating vessel, and a nanocarbon product discharge nozzle disposed on a downstream side of the heating vessel, wherein a metallic substrate is disposed on an inside surface of the heating vessel and the hydrocarbon is continuously sprayed from the hydrocarbon injection nozzle, effecting a reaction to grow nanocarbon on the metallic substrate, and the grown nanocarbon product is peeled off from the metallic substrate and discharged through the discharge nozzle.

Nanocarbon producing apparatus

According to one embodiment, there is provided a graphite nano-carbon fiber provided by using an apparatus having a reactor capable of keeping a reducing atmosphere inside thereof, a metal substrate arranged as a catalyst in the reactor, a heater heating the metal substrate, a pyrolysis gas source supplying pyrolysis gas obtained by thermally decomposing a wood material in a reducing atmosphere to the reactor, a scraper scraping carbon fibers produced on the metal substrate, a recovery container recovering the scraped carbon fibers, and an exhaust pump discharging exhaust gas from the reactor. The carbon fibers are linear carbon fibers with a diameter of 25 to 250 nm formed with layers of graphenes stacked in a longitudinal direction.

Graphite nano-carbon fiber and method of producing the same

A nanocarbon generation equipment designed such that organic processed materials can be quickly thermally decomposed therein and the decomposed materials are then quenched and liquefied to obtain liquefied materials is disclosed. This equipment comprises thermal reactor for quickly thermally decomposing the organic processed materials, apparatus for recovering the liquefied materials which are liquefied through quenching of thermally decomposed organic processed materials, a rotary furnace to be filled with a reducing atmosphere and loaded with hydrocarbons to be obtained through vaporization of liquefied materials after impurities contained in the liquefied materials are removed, and metal balls made of a metal selected from stainless steel, iron, nickel, chromium and an optional combination thereof, wherein the hydrocarbon introduced into the rotary furnace is decomposed into carbon and hydrogen, thus enabling nanocarbon to be produced through vapor-phase growth.

Nanocarbon generation equipment

A latent heat accumulation system having a transfer mechanism comprises a production tank in which water is put in direct contact with an antifreezing liquid which does not combine with the water, has a specific gravity greater than that of the water and is cooled to a preset temperature level, thus producing ice particles, a recovery section, formed at a lower part of the production tank, for recovering the antifreezing liquid descending within the production tank, an upward pipe, connected to the production tank, for guiding upward a two-phase stream of the water and ice particles within the production tank, a transfer pipe, connected to the upward pipe, for transferring the two-phase stream to a specified place, a reservoir tank for storing the two-phase stream transferred via the transfer pipe, a water circulation system for draining the water from the reservoir tank and introducing the drained water into the production tank, and an antifreezing fluid circulation system for cooling the antifreezing fluid recovered by the recovery section and feeding the cooled antifreezing fluid into the production tank for bringing the antifreezing fluid into direct contact with the water.

Latent heat accumulation system

A latent heat accumulation system uses latent heat for air-conditioning. The latent heat accumulation system includes a tank, supplying section, injecting section, drawing section and collecting section. The tank has a liquid storing section for storing Fluorinate (trade name) in the lower portion thereof, storing water which is cooled by ice via a boundary surface with Fluorinate in the middle portion thereof and storing the ice together with the water in the upper portion thereof. The supplying section supplies the water into the liquid storing section. The injecting section injects Fluorinate cooled to a preset temperature into the water stored in the liquid storing section. The drawing section draws out the water which is stored in the liquid storing section and cooled by the ice to the exterior of the tank as an air-conditioning heat accumulation medium. The collecting section collects a mixed fluid of the water and Fluorinate from the lower portion of the liquid storing section.
