A sealing device and a medicine packaging apparatus that includes the sealing device, wherein an engaging mechanism for coupling frames has good operability and the frames can firmly engage each other. The sealing device () can couple roller frames () by an engaging mechanism () to integrate the roller frames. The engaging mechanism () has an engager () and a receptor () formed of a recess or the like. The engager includes a manipulation lever () and an engaging lever (). The engager () is provided in the roller frame (), while the receptor () is provided in the roller frame (). When the manipulation lever () is pushed and pivoted toward the roller frame (), the engaging mechanism () can integrate the roller frames (). When the manipulation lever () is pulled and pivoted toward a front portion, the engaging mechanism can release the engagement caused by the engaging mechanism () to allow the roller frames () to be separable from each other.

Sealing device and medicine packaging apparatus

A tablet supply unit () of a medicine packing apparatus () has a tablet housing section () including tablet housing chambers () for respectively housing the tablets for one dose fed from upper end openings thereof. The tablet housing chambers () are arranged in a plurality of rows in an anteroposterior direction and a plurality of columns in a lateral direction. Medicine packing device

A tablet packing apparatus having a tablet feeding section and storage shelves for storing tablet vessels in which tablets fed from the tablet feeding section are packed. The storage shelves include a plurality of container chambers in which the tablet vessels which the tablet fed from the tablet feeding section are inserted; and a vessel holder for hanging and holding the tablet vessel. The vessel holder is provided at an upper portion inside each of the plurality of container chambers. The vessel holder includes a pair of holding members that are opposed to each other in a horizontal direction; and holding lugs formed at the lower ends of the holding members. The holding lugs extend in a direction in which the holding plates are opposed.

Tablet packing apparatus

A tablet packing apparatus in which there is no risk that next tablets will be mixed into tablets previously discharged. The packing apparatus includes a plurality of feeder vessels () containing the tablets, a plurality of mounting bases () on which respective feeder vessels () are mounted, and a tablet reserving member () disposed below the mounting base () and reserving the tablets fed from the feeder vessels () and a shutter () which is movable to open and close the lower opening of the tablet reserving member (). The apparatus further comprises a LED () which is turned on when the tablets are fed to the tablet reserving member () and a sensor () for detecting opening or closing operation of the shutter (), whereby when the sensor () detects the opening operation of the shutter (), the LED () is turned off.

On each of a plurality of disposed racks, an injection drug storing container is each detachably mounted. The injection drug storing container includes a transportation device for transporting a stored injection drug in one direction. The injection drug transported by the transportation device is housed in each housing portion formed on a circumferential portion of a rotating body one by one. The injection drug in each housing portion is sequentially delivered one by one by rotation of the rotating body.

Injection drug feeding device

In a casing, a grasp means and a movement means are provided. The movement means is driven and controlled by a control means with a container box being positioned in a specified position based on coordinate data of an injection drug housing member preinstalled in a coordinate data table for moving the injection drug housing member to a graspable position by the grasp means. Next, after grasped by the grasp means, the injection drug housing member is automatically transported to a desired position.

Automatic dispenser for injection-containing members

An ampoule storage container stores a plurality of ampoules in a laterally orientated state with respect to a discharge direction. A belt conveyor is disposed at the bottom of the ampoule storage container so that the ampoule can be conveyed in the laterally orientated state. An ampoule regulating member is disposed above the belt of the belt conveyor to form a gap through which only one of the ampoule can pass. A stopper which comes into contact with the one end of the ampoule passing through the gap is provided so that the ampoule can be changed to a longitudinally orientated state. According to the present invention, the direction of the ampoule can be changed and a desired number of ampoules can be discharged one by one in spite of simple construction.

A drug packaging system including a bag supply unit (A) for printing injection drug information on bags and feeding the bags, a drug feed unit (B) for putting drugs specified the doctors' orders into each of the bags ( ) received from the bag supply unit (A), and a packaging unit for putting the bags ( ) into a bucket ( ). The packaging unit includes a bed ( ) for supporting bags, a mouth-opening means ( ) for opening the mouth of the bag on the bed, and a chute ( ) through which drugs are fed into the bag on the bed through the bag mouth. Injection drug packaging device

The lifter is moved upward until the storage shelf on which the packaging box that contains the transfusion bottles corresponding to the prescription is stored. Transfusion bottle feed apparatus

The present invention provides a tablet packing apparatus which is possible to feed specially administrative tablets separately from general tablets. Specially administrative tablets are contained in a feeder vessel. A tablet reserving member is disposed below the feeder vessel A shutter which is movable to open and close the lower opening of the tablet reserving member is provided. When setting the tablet vessel beneath the tablet reserving member and moving the shutter to open the lower opening of the tablet reserving member the specially administrative tablets are fed into the tablet vessel without passing through the common passage.

In order to feed tablet vessels in with simple and low-cost construction, there is provided a vessel holder member ( ) having fork-like support portions ( ). The vessel holder member ( ) is capable of linearly reciprocating between a vessel supporting position and a tablet receiving position. At the vessel supporting position, the vessel holder member ( ) receives a tablet vessel ( ) fed from a vessel feed section and a flange of the tablet vessel ( ) is supported by the support portions ( ). At a tablet receiving position, the tablets fed from the tablet feed section ( ) are contained in the tablet vessel ( ).

Tablet filling device

The present invention provides a tablet vessel feed apparatus comprising a stock container for storing a plurality of tablet vessels, a vessel takeout section for taking out the tablet vessels from the stock container, and a conveyor for conveying the tablet vessels taken out from the stock container. The apparatus further comprises an auxiliary conveyor for conveying the tablet vessel taken out from the stock container toward the conveyor; a delivery table for receiving the tablet vessel conveyed by the auxiliary conveyor to retain and then deliver the tablet vessel to the conveyor; a tablet vessel sensor for detecting the tablet vessel on at least any one of the auxiliary conveyor and the delivery table; and a controller. The controller allows the vessel takeout section to stop taking out the tablet vessels from the stock container while the tablet vessel sensor detects the tablet vessel.

Tablet vessel feed apparatus

Tablets T contained in a feeder vessel are discharged through a feed port by rotating a rotor provided on the bottom of a feeder vessel . The bottom of the feeder vessel is upwardly inclined toward the feed port side. The rotor has a disc-like shape and the outer periphery of the rotor is formed with a substantially U-shaped cutout portion . The cutout portion and the bottom of the feeder vessel define a retaining portion for retaining only one of the tablets T. Thus, the tablet feeder is capable of automatically feeding tablets, particularly half-tablets, with a simple and low-cost construction.
