A variable geometry turbocharger according to an embodiment includes a rotational shaft; a turbine wheel disposed on one end side of the rotational shaft; a compressor wheel disposed on another end side of the rotational shaft; a bearing housing for housing a bearing part for rotatably supporting the rotational shaft; a variable nozzle structure for controlling a flow rate of an exhaust gas flowing into the turbine wheel, the variable nozzle structure including a nozzle plate and nozzle mount that define an exhaust gas flow passage for allowing the exhaust gas to flow into the turbine wheel, a nozzle vane disposed rotatably about a support shaft in the exhaust gas flow passage, and a drive part for rotating the nozzle vane, the drive part being disposed in an internal space defined between the bearing housing and the nozzle mount; and a cooling gas passage for extracting compressed gas compressed by the compressor wheel and introducing the compressed gas into the internal space.

Variable geometry turbocharger

A turbine housing includes: a scroll section configured to internally define a spiral space; a cylindrical exhaust gas introduction section having an exhaust gas introduction port and configured to internally define a connection passage connecting the exhaust gas introduction port and the spiral space; a sheet metal inner scroll member disposed in the spiral space to form a first heat-shielding space between the inner scroll member and an inner surface of the scroll section and configured to internally define a spiral flow passage through which exhaust gas entering through the exhaust gas introduction port flows; and a sheet metal inlet member separate from the inner scroll member, disposed in the connection passage to form a second heat-shielding space between the inlet member and an inner surface of the exhaust gas introduction section, and configured to internally define a connection flow passage connecting the exhaust gas introduction port and the spiral flow passage. An upstream end portion of the inner scroll member and a downstream end portion of the inlet member overlap along an axial direction of the exhaust gas introduction section.

A turbocharger according to an embodiment is a turbocharger including a turbine housing for housing a turbine wheel rotary driven by an exhaust gas, a bearing housing for housing a rotational shaft on which the turbine wheel is mounted, the bearing housing being adjacent to the turbine housing, and a wastegate portion including a bypass passage and a valve body, the bypass passage allowing the exhaust gas to bypass the turbine wheel, the valve body being able to adjust a flow rate of the exhaust gas flowing through the bypass passage. In the turbine housing, a scroll passage for supplying the exhaust gas to the turbine wheel is formed by casting, at least on a radially outer side of the turbine wheel. A fastening portion for fastening the turbine housing and the bearing housing is disposed on a radially outer side of the scroll passage.

A turbocharger (A) has a back plate (). The back plate () is provided with a plate section () and a flange section () which is formed radially outside the plate section () and which is supported so as to be sandwiched between a bearing housing () and a turbine housing (). A stator vane for a steam turbine includes: a vane body having an airfoil cross section including a pressure-side partition wall having a concave surface shape and a suction-side partition wall having a convex surface shape, the vane body having a hollow section formed between an inner surface of the pressure-side partition wall and an inner surface of the suction-side partition wall; and a first division wall dividing the hollow section into a first hollow section positioned at a leading edge side and a second hollow section positioned at a trailing edge side. The first hollow section is configured to be supplied with a fluid, or as a sealed space, and a slit is formed on at least one of the pressure-side partition wall or the suction-side partition wall, the slit being in communication with the second hollow section.

A turbocharge includes: a compressor wheel; a turbine wheel configured to rotate with the compressor wheel; a turbine housing disposed so as to cover the turbine wheel; a bearing supporting a rotational shaft of the turbine wheel rotatably; and a bearing housing accommodating the bearing. One of the turbine housing or the bearing housing includes a fin portion protruding toward the other one of the turbine housing or the bearing housing so as to extend along an axial direction of the rotational shaft, and, between the turbine housing and the bearing housing, a cavity is formed on each side of the fin portion with respect to a radial direction of the rotational shaft.

A turbine housing includes: a housing body which is configured to accommodate a turbine wheel and which includes an inlet section forming an inlet flow passage for guiding exhaust gas to the turbine wheel, and an outlet section forming an outlet flow passage for discharging the exhaust gas from the turbine wheel; and at least one sleeve disposed along an inner wall surface of at least one of the inlet section or the outlet section of the housing body. The at least one sleeve includes a plurality of sections divided along a flow direction of the exhaust gas.

The present invention aims to provided a novel production method of an enzalutamide crystal form in which wet crystals of enzalutamide are obtained in a step of crystallizing in the production process of the enzalutamide crystal form, and then 2-propanol which is solvated with enzalutamide and the B-type crystals are reduced. The present invention relates to a production method of an enzalutamide crystal form, which comprises a step of crystallizing for obtaining wet crystals of enzalutamide, and a step of drying the wet crystals, and comprises a step of washing using a mixed solvent of a good solvent and a poor solvent after the step of crystallizing.

An aircraft gas turbine is constituted by accommodating a compressor (), a combustor (), and a turbine () in a cylindrical main unit casing (). A thick wall part () is provided on an outer periphery side of rotor blades () in the main unit casing. A cooling passage (), for cooling the thick wall part () by circulating compressed air compressed by the compressor, is provided in the thick wall part. Also provided is a discharge passage () for discharging compressed air having circulated in the cooling passage to a combustion gas passage A. The structural strength of the thick wall part is ensured by appropriately cooling the thick wall part of the casing, while simplifying the structure and preventing a decrease in efficiency, thereby ensuring effective containment performance and an appropriate clearance between the casing and the rotor blades.

The present invention provides an aircraft safety device which can reliably prevent explosion of a fuel tank even if an inflammable gas is ignited. A safety device for explosion-proofing a fuel tank which stores fuel of an aircraft includes: a flame propagation blocking part which blocks propagation of a flame from the outside to the inside of the fuel tank through a ventilation passage which allows ventilation between the inside and the outside of the fuel tank; and a gas supply suppressing part which, when heated by the heat of the flame, suppresses supply of an inflammable gas containing the fuel gas to the flame through the ventilation passage.
