Operability of a heating cooker having a heating unit in a top plate is improved. After power-on, a light emission control unit causes the operation unit light-emitting element of an operable operation inhibition releasing key to be lit so that only the key is displayed and the other keys are less visible. Thus, the heating cooker is changed into a lock state. When the operation inhibition releasing key is operated in the lock state, at least one electrostatic touch key other than the operation inhibition releasing key is made operable and the operation unit light-emitting element is lit. Alternatively, in the above structure, the operation unit light-emitting element of the operable operation unit is lit in a first light-emission color, and the operation unit light-emitting elements of the inoperable operation units are lit in a second light-emission color different from the first light-emission color. Thus effective operation can be guided.

Heating cooker having touch control

A dish washer/dryer includes a washing tub for accommodating an object to be washed, a washing section for washing the object to be washed, a heater for heating washing water, an exhaust port for discharging moisture inside the washing tub, an air blower for blowing outside-air, a mixing section disposed at an upstream side of the exhaust port and mixing the outside-air with washing-tub-inside-air, and an air volume distribution section for changing the feeding ratio of outside-air into the washing tub and the mixing section. This configuration provides a dish washer/dryer, in which a sufficient amount of outside-air is mixed with exhaust air in the washing tub so as to promote the temperature reduction of the exhaust air and the reduction of the moisture content in the exhaust air during drying operation, thereby enhancing the comfort of the exhaust air.

An appliance including a top plate has its operability improved and prevents an operation error. The appliance includes electrostatic touch keys provided on a lower surface of the top plate, the electrostatic touch keys including electrodes made of conductive films having predetermined light-blocking property, respectively, operation-unit illuminators emitting light toward the electrodes, which are partially cut, from a direction opposite to the top plate, respectively, and an illumination controller controlling illumination of the operation-unit illuminators. The illumination controller changes the illumination state of the shapes of key indicators above the electrodes to allow a user to identify function and validity of the electrostatic touch keys. The illumination controller controls the illumination state of operation-unit illuminators, such as lighting-on, blinking, lighting-off, and adjusting the brightness, to provide information required for operation.

A component incorporation and liquid filling device of a liquid filled vibration isolating mount uses a relatively small liquid bath disposed above a fixedly held, upwardly facing body component, and when moved downwardly, an opening portion provided on a bottom portion thereof is assembled in a sealed state. Liquid supplied onto the bottom portion flows into the body component and is stored on the top of the bottom portion. Components are assembled to the body component in the liquid, and the liquid contained. The seal member is fitted to the opening portion by screwing means from the lower surface side. A notch for a screwing operation is provided on the upper surface of an outer circumferential body of the seal member whereby the screwing operation can be implemented from the upper surface side, thereby facilitating replacement of the seal member.

An improved apparatus for conducting the operation of incorporating components and filling liquid for the assembly of a liquid-sealed vibration-proof mount by sequential steps of: depressing a liquid tank disposed above a main components body held to be faced upwardly toward it, installing an aperture at a bottom of the tank to the main body hermetically, supplying liquid onto the bottom to flow the liquid inside the main body and to store it on the bottom, incorporating a partition and other components into the main body in the liquid stored when detecting a definite liquid level with a liquid level detector tube and simultaneously sealing liquid, followed by discharging of the liquid from the bottom and removal of the liquid tank from the main body, whereby the operation can be conducted efficiently without causing error operation and suspending by use of a liquid tank having a small volume. To that end, the liquid level detector tube has valve means suppressing pulsation of the liquid surface to the extent that the liquid level can be detected correctly.

Apparatus for incorporating components and filling liquid for liquid-sealed vibration-proof mount

A partition member having a rubber elastic membrane of a liquid filled vibration isolating device is provided. A ring-shaped metal fitting is formed by superimposing a first ring-shaped metal fitting on a second ring-shaped metal fitting. The first metal fitting and the second metal fitting are formed by press molding and are bonded integrally by means of the rubber elastic membrane thereby closing the opening of the ring-shaped metal fitting. Accordingly, the ring-shaped metal fitting of a complex configuration providing an orifice groove for forming the orifice is easily manufactured by simple working.

Partition member of liquid filled vibration isolating device

An engine mount has a stopper rubber portion constituted of an outer peripheral flange protruding radially outwardly from the engine side metal fitting and a coating rubber covering an outer periphery of said outer peripheral flange. A radius of curvature of contact parts positioned at one direction of two radial directions orthogonal to each other in a radial plane substantially equals to a radius of curvature of an inner periphery of the body side metal fitting and a thickness of the coating rubber positioned in said one direction is constant in a circumferential direction thereof, whereby the contact parts positioned in said one direction are widely brought into contact with the inner periphery of the body side metal fitting and distorted uniformly. The distortion of the stopper rubber portion is also made uniform when applying a load thereto.

Engine mount

An engine mount having a vibration isolating base body formed of a rubber elastic body interposed between a body side metal fitting and an engine side metal fitting. A stopper mechanism which absorbs an excessive displacement of an engine mount is provided. The stopper mechanism is constituted of a cylindrical metal fitting provided at the body side metal fitting and a stopper rubber portion provided at the engine side metal fitting opposed to the cylindrical metal fitting. The stopper rubber portion is constituted of an outer peripheral flange protruding radially outwardly from the engine side metal fitting, a coating rubber layer covering the outer peripheral flange and a reinforcing metal fitting of a L-shape cross section embedded in the coating rubber layer.

The present invention provides, in assembling an anti-vibration device having an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, a rubber elastic member joining them and an intermediate cylinder fitted to the outer cylinder and internally forming a liquid chamber, an assembling apparatus for caulking an end of the outer cylinder while suppressing the occurrence of buckling without causing cracks, breakage or the like. This assembling device has a press-fit device to press-fit an internal unit joined with the inner cylinder and the intermediate cylinder through a rubber elastic member to the outer cylinder within a liquid tank, a caulking device to caulk an end of the outer cylinder of an assembly completed in press-fitting, and transporting means to transport the assembly from the press fit device to the caulking device. The caulking device can perform caulking in two stages of caulking.

Apparatus for assembling an anti-vibration device

The present invention can weld two parts of component metal fitting constituting the parts as a welding apparatus used in manufacturing automotive parts such as a strut mount upon positioning and laminating. Furthermore, a welded part can be easily recovered to improve the operationality of welding. This welding apparatus has support tables to support two parts of component metal fitting. The support table has thereon a positioning pin provided standing in a position corresponding to the penetration holes possessed in the both parts of component metal fitting and a lower electrode to support the two parts of component metal fitting in their joining points. In a position further above thereof, an upper electrode is provided that is held vertically movable. The positioning pin in its upper end is made in a tapered form. The pin is supported elastically pressed down by spring means. Furthermore, urging means is provided to press down the pin against the spring means separately from the upper electrode. Due to pressing down of this urging means, the pin is pressed down from a state that the tapered upper end is positioned above the penetration hole of the parts of component metal fitting supported by the lower electrode. The pin and the penetration hole at its peripheral edge are to be disengaged.
