It is an object of the present invention to provide a chemical body warmer that achieves a sufficient heating effect even in a low-temperature environment at about 10° C. or less. A chemical body warmer including a flat housing including one or a plurality of cells each containing an exothermic composition that generates heat upon contact with air, wherein a total area of the cell or the plurality of cells in a plan view of the housing is 200 cmor more, and the chemical body warmer is used by being placed under a blanket.

Chemical body warmer

An object of the present invention is to provide a heat-generating device with which a warm sensation is persistently perceived, and which can effectively exert a heating effect. In a heat-generating device that is used by being attached to skin, (1) a packaging material constituting a skin attachment surface of a housing is formed of a laminated sheet in which at least a moisture absorption layer that absorbs moisture and a moisture barrier layer that blocks penetration of moisture are laminated in this order from the adhesive layer, (2) an adhesive layer is partially provided on a surface of the moisture absorption layer, and (3) a warming agent that allows an enhanced warm sensation to be perceived in the presence of moisture is contained in at least one of the adhesive layer and the moisture absorption layer. This heat-generating device thereby has improved persistence of a perceived warm sensation, and can exert a markedly high heating effect.

Heating compress

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heat generator that comprises an adhesive layer containing a volatile component and in which the volatile component is maintained in a stable state during storage, the volatile component is prevented from adhering to a heat-generating section, and it is possible to achieve an excellent warming effect during use. This heat generator comprises: a heat-generating section, an accommodation body that accommodates the heat-generating section and comprises an attachment surface to which an attachment body is attached, an adhesive layer provided to the attachment surface side of the accommodation body, and a release sheet provided to the attachment surface side of the adhesive layer. As a result of including a volatile component in the adhesive layer and providing a metal foil membrane to the release sheet, it is possible to maintain the volatile component in a stable state within the adhesive layer during storage. It is thereby possible to prevent the adhesion of the volatile component to the heat-generating section during storage and to achieve an excellent warming effect during use.

Heat generator

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heat generator that contains a volatile component and in which the volatile component is stably maintained during storage, the volatile component is prevented from adhering to a heat-generating section, and it is possible to achieve an excellent warming effect during use. This heat generator comprises a heat-generating section (), an accommodation body () for accommodating the heat-generating section (), an adhesive layer () provided to an attachment surface side of the accommodation body (), and a release sheet () provided to the attachment surface side of the adhesive layer (). As a result of including a volatile component in the adhesive layer () and respectively providing gas barrier layers (), () to a first packaging material () constituting the attachment surface side of the accommodation body () and to the release sheet (), it is possible to stably maintain the volatile component within the adhesive layer () during storage. It is thereby possible to prevent the volatile component from adhering to the heat-generating section () during storage and to achieve an excellent warming effect during use.

To provide a multilayer film for a disposable body warmer outer bag, and a disposable body warmer that are excellent in gas barrier property which inhibits permeation of oxygen gas, water vapor and the like, and that can allow swelling due to hydrogen gas generated during a storage period to be prevented. In a disposable body warmer outer bag formed from a multilayer film including a sealant layerand a barrier layer, the sealant layerand the barrier layerserve as an inner surface and an outer surface of the outer bag, respectively. The sealant layerincludes a vapor-deposited layermade by vapor-depositing a metal or metal oxide on at least one surface (upper portion in FIG.) of a thermal fusible resin substrate. The barrier layerincludes a polyvinylidene chloride layermade by coating at least one surface (lower portion in FIG.) of a heat-resistant resin substratewith polyvinylidene chloride.

An outer bag for disposable body warmer packaging and a disposable body warmer are provided that are excellent in a gas barrier property that inhibits permeation of oxygen gas, water vapor and the like, which can allow swelling due to hydrogen gas generated during a storage period to be prevented. Provided is a multilayer film for a disposable body warmer outer bag, and a disposable body warmer, which are excellent in gas barrier property that inhibits permeation of oxygen gas, water vapor and the like, which can allow swelling due to hydrogen gas generated during a storage period to be prevented, and which are excellent in seal strength, impact resistance and weather resistance. A disposable body warmer outer bag formed from a multilayer film comprising a first barrier layer () and a second barrier layer (), wherein the first barrier layer () and the second barrier layer () consist of a polyvinylidene chloride layer () or a polyvinylidene chloride layer () obtained by coating at least one surface (upper portion in FIG.) of a heat-resistant resin substrate () or a heat-resistant resin substrate () with polyvinylidene chloride.

An outer bag for disposable body warmer packaging and a disposable body warmer are provided that are excellent in a gas barrier property that inhibits permeation of oxygen gas, water vapor, and the like, which can allow swelling due to hydrogen gas generated during a storage period to be prevented. Provided is an outer bag for disposable body warmer packaging having an accommodating portion accommodating a disposable body warmer accommodated in an air-permeable inner bag and generating heat through contact with air, the outer bag comprising a low air-permeability portion having an oxygen permeability of 1.5 to 20 cc/m&#xb7;day&#xb7;atm measured at 20&#xb0; C. and 90% RH and having a water vapor permeability of 0.05 to 10 g/m&#xb7;day measured at 40&#xb0; C. and 90% RH; and an air-impermeable portion having an oxygen permeability of 1.3 cc/m&#xb7;day&#xb7;atm or lower measured at 20&#xb0; C. and 90% RH and a water vapor permeability of 2.0 g/m&#xb7;day or lower measured at 40&#xb0; C. and 90% RH, wherein a ratio of an area of the low air-permeability portion to a total internal area of the accommodating portion is 15 to 75%.

The present invention provides a disposable body warmer that makes it possible to suppress scattering of moisture contained in the exothermic composition from the outer bag, and thereby ensure a desired exothermic duration of the exothermic composition when the disposable body warmer is kept in an unused state for a long period of time. The disposable body warmer is structured such that an exothermic composition that contains moisture and generates heat by contact with air is enclosed in one or more air-permeable inner bags, which are accommodated in an airtight outer bag. The outer bag comprises two accommodation units that are partitioned from each other and capable of containing the one or more inner bags. The one or more inner bags each comprise at least one enclosure unit capable of enclosing the exothermic composition, and are accommodated in each accommodation unit in a manner such that at least one of the enclosure units is overlaid with another enclosure unit. The outer bag is formed by overlaying two wrapping films with each other, sealing an entire outer peripheral edge, and partitioning the accommodation units by sealing.
