An air compressor includes: a motor; a compression mechanism that is driven by the motor and that is configured to generate compressed air; a tank that is configured to store the generated compressed air; a load acquisition part that is configured to acquire a load applied to the compression mechanism; and a control part that is configured to control a rotation of the motor. The control part is configured to perform control for changing a TN characteristic of the motor in response to the load of the compression mechanism acquired by the load acquisition part.

Air compressor

An air compressor includes a tank unit that stores compressed air, a motor unit that generates compressed air to be stored in the tank unit, a pressure detection unit that detects a pressure value in the tank unit, and a control unit that drives the motor unit when a pressure value in the tank unit detected by the pressure detection unit is equal to or less than a motor start pressure value, and stops the motor unit when the pressure value in the tank unit detected by the pressure detection unit is equal to or greater than a motor stop pressure value. The control unit changes at least either of the motor start pressure value or the motor stop pressure value every time when a predetermined time passed.

A gate valve is provided with a main body, and a sealing member which comes into contact with the peripheral edge of a gate when the gate valve is closed. The sealing member includes a protruding first section and a protruding second section which are disposed to extend along the peripheral edge of the main body and protrude from the primary surface when the gate valve is open. A protrusion amount of the first section from the primary surface is greater than a protrusion amount of the second section from the primary surface. The first section is disposed inner to the inner periphery of the primary surface than the second section.

Gate valve

An inverter substrate in which heat generating components which make up an inverter control unit are mounted on a rear surface side thereof is accommodated in a case which is made of a material having a good thermal conductivity in such a manner that the heat generating components are closely contact with a base of the case. The case is provided between a pair of air tanks which are disposed parallel to each other at an interval and on a lower side of at least either of an electric motor and compressors in such a manner as to be oriented downwards so that the base is located at an upper position. An air flow generated by cooling fans which are driven by the electric motor is introduced to flow along the base of the case to thereby cool the heat generating components via the case.

Calcium preparation and method of production thereof

In a vacuum gate valve, a seal member for sealing a gate opening part is bonded to an outer edge part of a planar seal plate that is disposed in such a manner that the planar seal plate is opposed to a valve seat surface of the gate opening part and comes into contact with the valve seat surface. The seal member includes a vacuum seal part that is located on a side farther from the gate opening part and maintains the sealability of the gate opening part when the gate opening part is closed, and also includes a radical seal part that is located on a side closer to the gate opening part and that prevents the seal member from being affected by a treatment gas in the gate opening part when the gate opening part is closed. The vacuum seal part is made of a rubber elastic body, and the radical seal part is configured by providing a radical resistant body that is provided with an excellent radical resistance on the rubber elastic body.

A metal gasket includes an outer ring that is formed in a substantially C-shaped cross-section having an opening in a circumferential direction and an inner ring that is disposed inside the outer ring, wherein the inner ring is configured in a polygonal shape of a cross section, and a pair of corner portions opposing to each other in the inner ring are disposed on inner circumferential faces on the both sides of the opening in the outer ring.

Method for producing at low cost bellows which show high durability even when used in a quite reactive atmosphere. The method for manufacturing bellows includes the steps of: I: forming an untreated bellows from a flat base plate, the base plate including 15 to 30 wt % of Cr, 5 to 40 wt % of Ni, 0.9 to 6 wt % of Al, less than 1 wt % of Mo, less than 0.1 wt % of Mn, less than 0.1 wt % of C, less than 0.1 wt % of S, less than 0.1 wt % of P and a balance of Fe and an unavoidable impurity (relative to 100 wt % of the base plate); and II: heating the untreated bellows at a temperature of 750 to 895&#xb0; C. in an atmosphere which contains water and hydrogen and in which the volume ratio of hydrogen to water (H/HO) is in the range of 2&#xd7;10to 1&#xd7;10, thereby forming an AlOpassivation film on a surface of the untreated bellows.

A lens array sheet, a transparent screen using the same, and a rear-projection display device are provided in which it is possible to control a perspective angle for the image in both a horizontal direction and a vertical direction without causing a problem in that a gain of a light is reduced by an optical absorption and an S/N ratio is reduced by an increased white dispersion. First lens and second lens arrays are formed by disposing a plurality of half-cylindrical lenses in parallel on a common plane such that longitudinal directions of the cylindrical lenses should be orthogonal to each other.
