A stereoscopic-vision endoscope optical system includes a pair of objective optical systems, a pair of relay optical systems, and a pair of image forming optical systems. The image forming optical system includes a first lens unit, a first optical-path bending element, and a second optical-path bending element. The objective optical system and the relay optical system are disposed in a first optical path. A second optical path is formed between the first optical-path bending element and the second optical-path bending element. A third optical path is formed between the second optical-path bending element and a final image. The second optical path is positioned farther from the central axis, than the first optical path. The third optical path is positioned closer to the central axis, than the second optical path.

Endoscopic objective optical system and imaging apparatus

An object is to provide an endoscope objective lens in which the aberrations are less susceptible to manufacturing errors and in which the variation in field curvature caused by focusing is small. There is provided an endoscope objective lens including: in sequence from an object side, a front group having negative refractive power, an aperture stop, and a rear group having positive refractive power; and a focusing lens that has a negative refractive power and that can be inserted into an optical path between the front group and the rear group. The focusing lens is inserted into the optical path in a normal observation state and is retracted from the optical path in a short-distance observation state, in which the working distance is smaller than that in the normal observation state.

Endoscope objective lens

An endoscope system includes: an endoscope that has a light guiding member that guides an illuminating light, an optical system that irradiates the illuminating light onto an object, and a drive portion that rocks the light guiding member so that the illuminating light is irradiated along a predetermined scanning pattern; a coordinate information acquisition portion that can identify an irradiation position; a storage portion in which information regarding chromatic aberration of magnification caused by the optical system, is previously stored a correction information acquisition portion that, upon detecting that light of the predetermined wavelength band is irradiated onto a position corresponding to a predetermined image height, detects an aberration amount of the light of the other wavelength band and outputs image correction information that corrects chromatic aberration of magnification based on the aberration amount; and an image processing portion that performs image correction processing based on the image correction information.

Provided is an endoscope apparatus including a light-guiding part that guides illumination light emitted from a light source to the distal end of an inserted portion; a scanning part that makes the light-guiding part vibrate with a predetermined period, thus two-dimensionally scanning the illumination light emitted from the inserted portion on an observation subject; an image-acquisition part that receives return light of the illumination light coming from the observation subject and that generates an image signal based on a position scanned by the scanning part and an intensity of the return light; and a light-source control part that controls the light source so as to change the intensity of the illumination light emitted from the inserted portion in accordance with an angle formed between the longitudinal direction of the inserted portion and a direction in which the illumination light is emitted toward the observation subject.

Objective optical system

An objective lens includes, in order from an object side, a front group having negative refractive power, an aperture stop, and a rear group having positive refractive power, wherein the front group includes, in order from the object side, a first lens which is a negative meniscus lens with a convex surface turned to the object side and a second lens which is a negative lens with a concave surface turned to the object side; the rear group includes, in order from the object side, a positive third lens and a fourth lens made up of a positive lens and a negative lens cemented together, and the objective lens satisfies conditional expression (1) below:&#x2212;0.8&#x3c;&#x2003;&#x2003;(1),where f_F is a focal length of the front group, and f_R is a focal length of the rear group.

Objective lens and endoscope apparatus

The inventive objective lens for endoscopes has independently a zooming function and a focusing function, and is capable of magnified viewing. The objective lens has an angle of view (2&#x3c9;) of 100&#xb0; or greater, and comprises a positive first group G, a negative second group Gand a positive third group G. The third group Gcomprises a positive first (3-1) subgroup Gand a positive second (3-2) subgroup G. A subgroup in at least the second group Gmoves to (1) bring about a change in the focal length of the whole system and (2) correct an image position for movement in association with a focal length change, and one subgroup in the second group Gand the third group Gmoves to the image side from a longer side toward a shorter side of the working distance (WD) to (3) correct the focal position for movement in association with a working distance change.

Objective lens for endoscopes

The invention provides a stereoscopic imaging optical system that has a total optical length short enough to be suitable for use in electron image microscopes. The stereoscopic imaging optical system comprises, in order from its object side, one objective lens DB and a plurality of zoom imaging optical systems ZI. Each zoom imaging optical system ZI comprises, in order from its object side, a positive first group G, a negative second group G, an aperture stop AS, a positive third group Gand a positive fourth group G. The second group moves for zooming on an optical axis, and the fourth group moves on the optical axis in association with the second group for correcting an image position fluctuation incidental to zooming. Various conditions are satisfied.

Stereoscopic imaging optical system

The invention relates to an eyepiece-connected taking optical system well fit for TV camera heads using a small-format imaging device. The taking optical system comprises a field direction turning memberP,P, a positive first group and a negative second group. The first group comprises a positive cemented lens convex on its object side, a positive single lens convex on its object side and a positive cemented lens convex on its object side, and the second group comprises a negative single lens. Focus adjustment is implemented by changing a spacing tbetween the first group and the second group. The taking optical system satisfies condition (1) for defining the position of the front focus with respect to the taking lens, condition (2) for defining the refracting power of each lens group, condition (3) for defining the imaging magnification of the second group, and condition (4) for defining the profile of refracting power in the first group.

Taking optical system

An optical system is presented that enables images of a wide range of natural subjects to be well reproduced with their colors, and provides an image pickup system including, at least, an image pickup optical system, an electronic image pickup device having three or more different spectral characteristics to obtain a color image, and a controller for implementing signal processing or image processing on the basis of an output from the electronic image pickup device. The optical element that takes part in determining the focal length in the image pickup system includes an optical element making use of a refraction phenomenon alone. The 400-nm wavelength input/output ratio is 10% or less with respect to an input-output ratio for a 400-nm to 800-nm wavelength at which an output signal strength ratio with respect to an input quantity of light is highest when the input quantity of light is defined by the quantity of a light beam emanating from the same object point and entering the image pickup optical system and the output signal strength is defined by the strength of a signal produced from the controller in response to the light beam.
